Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace with sea views.
Completely renovated in June 2015 and with beautiful decoration. Fully furnished and equipped with sheets, towels, crockery and kitchen utensils, and with all new appliances and appliances (TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc). Wifi available
It has orientation to the north and south, which makes it very bright on both sides, and quite cool in summer.
Located on the first floor of a closed urbanization of only five heights, with elevator. It has a swimming pool, space for barbecues or celebrations and a fixed parking space. It is on the first line of a long beach of fine sand. Just in front there is a promenade with palm trees, which runs through the town, as well as the dunes that surround it.
The apartment is located in Los Arenales del Sol. Only 7 km from Alicante airport, and 13 km south of Alicante.
Its excellent location due to the proximity of the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the urban bus to the airport and the center of Alicante, allows you to enjoy a quiet holiday without the need of a vehicle.

Nostalgic

This was a very special trip to celebrate my sisters 50th Birthday! We stayed in these apartments when we were children, our first holiday abroad, and stayed here several times after! I was so pleased that I was able to find this apartment owned by Paco! He kept us updated all the time and was also able to arrange the airport transfers too! The apartments were just how we remembered them, albeit updated!! It was lovely, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The surrounding area is lovely, location right on the beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Quiet and tranquil too! We cannot wait to go back. This was a truly emotional trip down memory lane! Thank you to Paco for making this happen. I shall look forward to introducing my own family to Carlton Towers!

Efectivamente, desde antes de la llegada me puse a su disposicion para que compraran cosas si veian que faltaban (una silla de playa), asimismo aprovechando que yo estaba alli, conocernos (que no pudieron) e incluso para salir mas tarde de lo previsto (recogiendo las maletas a las 18.00 h) Sobre el mal tiempo que hizo no pude ayudarles. Ni con los llantos de algun bebé a los que aludieron. Pero si veian que habia alguna cosa que no era conforme, creo que se debería decir desde el primer dia, tal y como le indicamos a su entrada. Ademas, las evaluaciones precedentes, con casi un 4.9, estan ahi.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Die Wohnung ist für uns perfekt geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, nur über eine Straße und wir sind an dem herrlichen Strand. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich sehr und ist bei Problemen auch immer erreichbar. Als etwas nachgeputzt werden musste, war er sofort erreichbar. Das Reinigungsteam kam schnell und zuverlässig. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prettig verblijf op een mooie plek

De communicatie met Paco was meteen al erg prettig en er was altijd tijd voor een vraag. De luchthaven transfer en sleutel overdracht verliepen soepel en het appartement is keurig, van de nodige gemakken voorzien en de ligging mooi. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Gute Lage, sauber & sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation lief super und der Vermieter hat uns auch geholfen mit der Busverbindung. Bei Ankunft hat uns ein netter herr die schlüssel übergeben, allerdings konnte dieser nur spanisch sprechen. Aber irgendwie hat man sich verstanden. Wir kamen in eine sehr saubere und aufgeräumte Wohnung. Und wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, ob Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffekocher,.... Die Lage ist super, da man direkt am Strand ist und nicht erst den Berg zum Ort hoch laufen muss. Die Wohnung heizt sich nicht so stark auf, wodurch man gut schlafen kann. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est parfait très très bien équipé dans un environnement très calme et agréable ! Très bien situé pour visiter alicante et les alentours. Paco notre hôte est très sympathique et donne énormément d'informations. Appartement vue sur la piscine et un espace extérieur ou nos enfants pouvait jouer au ballon ! À deux pas de la mer. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.

La casa, la comunidad, la piscina, la cercanía a la playa todo perfecto maravilloso, pero e d decir q en septiembre le falta vida,muy pocos bares, restaurantes, heladerías, tiendas , chiringuitos d playa etc, tienes q desplazarte en coche a Torrevieja para tener ambiente, Santa Pola demasiado tranquila, pero hemos disfrutado la estancia

Très bon séjour

Appartement propre,bien décoré spacieux,fonctionnel et bien équipé. Son orientation est parfaite surtout quand il fait chaud avec une belle terrasse. Très bien situé en face de la plage et près des commerces. Paco très sympathique et disponible.

Fantastic Apartment - Close to the Beach

What a brilliant apartment! This property had everything for our family of four - great when travelling light! The apartment is perfectly placed for the beach, supermarkets, cocktail bars, and is on the bus route from Gran Alicant to Alicante. The owner, Paco, is superb - nothing is too much trouble - very relaxed, and this made our stay perfect. We have already recommended this property to friends, and would have no hesitation in returning here in the future.

comfortabel, ruim en smaakvol ingericht appartement

We kregen zonder enkel probleem de sleutel van dit comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Er waren zelfs strandstoelen en een parasol beschikbaar. Prachtige ligging met mooi vrij uitzicht op zee. We zouden het iedereen willen aanraden en we overwegen om nog eens terug te gaan.

Lovely Apartment in excellent location

Lovely Apartment, very near a beautiful beach and shops and restaurants. We have just returned from a short break and apartment had everything we needed plus a view of the sea Paco the owner was really helpful and always contactable. Would stay again.
