About this property

Nice Townhome not far from USU!!! Great green space!

Newly updated and cozy town home near USU and Space Dynamics Lab. Just minutes away from many different outdoor activities, and all the shopping and dining Logan has to offer! Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets. Community area includes 2 playgrounds for kids from ages 1-12. These are within eyesight of the home and close walking distance. Tennis courts and basketball hoops are located right out the front door with in 100-200 feet.

Guest will have access to entire home, including the back patio and grill. However, the hall closet and laundry room will remain locked. With special requests and a $100 fee, laundry facilities can be used. Our door is located less than 100 yards from the bus stop. Public transit is free and very accessible to all that Logan has to offer. Great for those without personal transportation. Front door opens to a large grass area for families, kids and pets to play; along with access to a tennis court and basketball hoops. Walking distance from Starbucks and Wal-Mart.

Very comfortable, great location, very well stocked

Really enjoyed our stay. Was a great location and very quiet. Was one of the best stocked VRBO's we have likely ever stayed at. The perishables provided was a really nice touch. Enjoyed the milk and bananas especially.

Not for age 65 and over--steps, and shower situation bad.

It had multiple lights out/broken. Shower, no safety bars or soap holder. Exhaust fan broken. Shower sprayed all over if touched. Front door screen broken. Had no TV available only internet. Needs lots of maintenance work.

We enjoyed our week in your home and overall found it to be very pleasant. A footstool for more comfortable TV watching would be nice. And, at 75, we would have appreciated a grab bar in the bathtub shower. Access to the washer/dryer would be beneficial for longer stays. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
