Forest Beach is located at the south end of the island and is one of the original Hilton Head beach communities. This area boasts long stretches of beautiful beach and miles of bike paths to make peddling or walking from place to place a breeze! And less than a half-mile away, enjoy dining, shopping, and live entertainment along Pope Avenue and at Coligny Plaza, considered the heart of Forest Beach.
Things to Know
The Ocean One complex is currently under an extensive remodeling project. The end date for this project will not occur until the spring of 2024. Currently balconies and patios on all units can not be used until further notice. All balcony furniture must be stored inside the villa. The elevator is down until June 2, 2024 and there is construction on the outside of the building inclduing scaffolding in area around the complex.
Owner will not be held liable for any amenities outside the care, custody, or control of the owner. All information provided about the property and associated amenities is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. The customer should confirm all property details independently and up to the time of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
