**CONSTRUCTION** Several balconies in the west building will be undergoing patio coatings with an estimated completion date at the end of February 2026, Scaffolding is set up blocking beach views throughout the south and west ends of the building.

High Pointe W22 Upon entering this seaside getaway, you will immediately relax, as this space features professionally decorated West Indies and Safari themes. This snowbird friendly two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the second floor and offers Gulf-front living with amazing views of the Emerald Coast. Tile flooring in the well-equipped kitchen and living areas create a comfortable and bright feel. Enjoy the sounds of the Emerald Coast’s waters, amazing sunsets, and the sight of sugar-white sand beaches from the private Gulf front porch with an exterior fan.

When you aren't at the condo, each guest will be able to use their day for activities such as lounging by the pool, playing tennis or pickleball at the on-site courts, or beachcombing the shore! No one will be bored at this amazing getaway.

Within walking distance of this condo, you can explore a plethora of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants right across the street at The Merchants of Seacrest Beach. Take a drive up the coast to the famous Pier Park. Here you will be able to shop at all of your favorite stores and experience the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. If there are a few golfers in the group, they will be pleased to know that Camp Creek Golf Club is just two miles away as well. Bike rentals are conveniently included in your vacation rental, so grab a few cruisers and explore the coast for yourself. You are sure to find some hidden gems of your own.

Beach paradise

Other than ice maker not working and fridge light hanging down, it was a very nice place to stay. The staff on property and the guys running the beach chairs and umbrellas business were outstanding. Highly recommended

Its a comfortable unit that is oceanfront which is a huge plus! Included chair setup and bikes. This is our 4th stay at HighPointe and the unit was on par with other units. For us its all about the location.

This unit has great views and is convenient to every resort feature. The photos are outdated .. there is a large hdtv in the living room and the bedding is updated to nicer white linens. Definitely recommend.

Great location.

We loved having access to the two bikes and two beach chairs/umbrella. Having shopping and food across the street was wonderful. The restaurant on site was handy and good. We didn’t feel crowded. Being walking distance to Rosemary was nice. The unit itself had a great view and everything we needed. There were a few things that needed attention but I would book this property again.

Such a great location and having bikes and chairs included was a plus. The ice maker is super slow so it would be helpful to have ice cube trays available to have more ice. The blankets on the beds are pretty thin. It would be nice to have extra blankets available. Otherwise, everything was pretty much as described in the booking. Wifi is spotty.

Great location at Highe Pointe. We have stayed at HP over 6 times and only in this building. Love the location. Condo was ok. Needs updating. Negative: Ice machine only makes 1 cup of ice a day after multiple calls to the office no one ever fixed it, only sheet covers for beds (no comforters) or blankets anywhere in the condo, poor balcony furniture/tearing apart, no salt/pepper/oil etc for kitchen and minimal glasses/mugs. Otherwise it was fine. Not our favorite unit at High Pointe but we reserved very last minute.

Loved that it was oceanfront. Overall it was a good unit and clean. There were some lighting issues The dining area light was dim and some bulbs weren’t functioning. Also never could get the overhead lights to work in the secondary bedroom. The Wi-Fi connection stopped working on day 2 and never got resolved the remainder of the stay despite our repeated efforts. Therefore no TV cable Unit could use some updating with new carpet in bedrooms. Otherwise it was a good unit and I would stay here again

Nice unit

The unit itself was very nice, up to date, and very comfortable. There were a couple of small issues that hopefully will be corrected. The toilet paper roll holder in the master bath fell off the wall the first time we pulled paper off of it. With the correct tool it is likely an easy fix. The shower temperature set nozzle in the master bath doesn’t stay set. It actually drops from cooler to hot very slowly, but it’s definitely happening. You can see it move, and of course feel the change in temp. Likely another easy fix. The view from the unit is great, the beds are comfortable, and the unit is well supplied, from towels to kitchen needs. One thing that would have been nice to have is a broom, just to keep up with sand tracked in. We looked, could not find one. The ac works great, but it is very loud… you get used to it though.

Condo is depicted accurately in pictures for the most part. Not pictured: there is no bathroom door closing off the vanity area from the bedroom (only a barn door closing off toilet and shower) so it’s disruptive if someone is up trying to get ready. Bed linens need upgraded to be a little more substantial; they are basically a few sheets. Pots and pans and kitchen supplies were a little lacking. The decor is dark and needs a refresh, but we knew this going in. You pay for what you get, and this unit is very affordable for High Pointe, esp for an ocean front unit. The closet with all the beach toys was a fun surprise for the kids though.

Another great stay at Seacrest Beach

We recently stayed at High Point Resort in condo W22 rented through Vacasa. It was extremely well furnished and had anything we could need. I highly recommend both Vacasa (their team was responsive and very friendly) and specifically condo W22.

Very disappointed

The one positive is the great view. The owners of this unit care nothing about their guests! The unit does not have cable in the living area and the other channels do not work most of the time. Do not plan on cooking. They have two pans that are so old and nasty you would never want to use them to cook your food. The unit is very dark. They need more light. We will never stay at this unit again.

This unit was very clean, bathrooms have been renovated, photos are a little outdated as all bedding is now white and not the outdated fabric in the photos. The balcony is very big and the view was amazing. Highly recommend!!!!!

4 DAY WEEKEND

Our first trip to Rosemary Beach was a great experience. The Condo and VRBO was fantastic. Besides having rain and 30 degree temps, our stay was very nice. The only negative was the condo did not have cable TV. However, my wife and I were able to stay busy. We will be looking into a Fall return. Thank you.
