Perfect location!

This was a great spot for our group of friends. The location is absolutely perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk to the most lovely beach, and there's also a dock to the creek out back where we were allowed to dock our John boat and cruise around. AC worked well and the house was as pictured. The property managers were communicative and accommodating with a late checkout which was helpful. Could use a few repairs in the kitchen and outdoor furniture, but overall we were very satisfied. Would rent again!

Great house, but AC did not work

The house was in an awesome location and looked exactly like the pictures. I would give it 5 stars if the air conditioning worked properly. The downstairs unit was broken and it was about 85 degrees inside which made it impossible to enjoy spending time down stairs and resulted in 2 sleepless nights. In addition to that, a mirror was not hung correctly on the wall and the wire broke while we were not at the house so we came home to a shattered mirror that we are now being charged for and management has been unresponsive. Although it was an unsatisfactory experience, the house has a lot of potential if they can repair the air conditioning.
