Nestled at the end of a quiet street, this cozy three bedroom cozy cottage is the perfect location for a day trip to Boston, Cape Cod and the Islands.

Take a walk to nearby neighborhood restaurants or ride bikes to the Mattapoisett Rail Trail Greenway (entrance just one block from the cottage). The path runs along the shore of Buzzards Bay, through the historic small town of Mattapoisett.

End the day by taking a relaxing outdoor shower, grilling out or taking in the sunset on the beach. When the day is done, the cool sea breeze and the sound of crashing waves will lull you into a state of pure relaxation, and prepare you for another day of seaside bliss tomorrow.

Good things come in small packages. This cozy cottage was built in 1940. We fell in love with it because of its charm and proximity to the beach. You are just footsteps away from the most spectacular sunsets!
