2BR/2BA Cottage - Home Base for Outdoor Adventures

River Camp Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom single family home located on Bend's Westside in Mount Bachelor Village along Century Drive. The cottage is just 20 minutes from Mount Bachelor, steps from hiking trails and mountain biking, and minutes to dining and shopping on the Westside, Old Mill and downtown. The cottage has vaulted ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and gets an abundance of natural light. It is the perfect home base for one or two couples or a small family.

// THE COTTAGE //
River Camp Cottage has an open floor plan with a full gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, and two master suites thoughtfully compacted into 1000 square feet. There are hardwood floors throughout as well as plenty of natural light filtered in by numerous large windows throughout the home. Two-way blinds are installed on all the large windows allowing for privacy. The cottage is located in a quiet residential development consisting of 20 homes.

// LIVING ROOM //
The cozy living area contains a couch, coffee table, two side chairs, a gas fireplace, and 58” Smart HDTV with complimentary Netflix access and YouTubeTV with local channels. You can also access other streaming apps from the TV using your own login. A cabinet is stocked with family games, playing cards, brochures for local activities, as well as a JBL Bluetooth speaker to sync to and play your tunes. We've also provided a four-port USB charging station just beside the speaker to keep all your chargers in one place.

// KITCHEN //
The cottage has a full gourmet kitchen complete with Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, five-burner gas stove, above range microwave, and dishwasher. It is stocked with local coffee beans, a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, tea kettle, tea bags, toaster, pots and pans, bake ware, utensils, glassware, dishes, basic spices, and olive oil. We have all the tools you need to make a gourmet meal at home.

// BEDROOMS //
The two bedrooms in the cottage have their own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. New Nectar mattresses, plenty of pillows, soft sheets and a fluffy duvet make for a cozy night’s sleep. Side lamps on either side of the bed provide for relaxing ambient lighting to read a book and wind down for the evening. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet.

// BATHROOMS //
Both bathrooms have a walk-in, glass door, tiled shower. We provide you with shampoo/body wash, conditioner, and lotion that contain no parabens or synthetic fragrances. There is ample drawer space in both bathrooms to store your toiletries. We also provide you with a hair dryer (under the sink in the master bathroom) as well as towels in both bathrooms. A first-aid kit is under the sink in the smaller queen bathroom.

// GARAGE + PARKING //
The garage has plenty of space to safely store your outdoor gear. A ski/snowboard rack is installed to stow your winter equipment. There are hooks to hang helmets, snow gear, jackets, and such, as well as a shoe rack. Guests have two (2) designated parking spaces on our property – one inside the garage and one in the driveway. The garage will comfortably fit a mid-sized SUV or smaller. Guests are also welcome to park in the designated River Camp Owner/Guest Parking just steps from the garage. A full-sized ironing board, iron, and lint roller are stored in the garage.

// PATIO //
The patio contains a table, chairs, and umbrella as well as a natural gas Weber BBQ grill. Grill utensils are hanging from the side of the BBQ.

// LAUNDRY //
The laundry room contains a stacked full-sized washer and dryer.
