Vue imprenable

Nous avons passé une semaine aux vacances de Pâques avec un temps mitigé mais heureusement la maison est bien équipée (bon chauffage). Le cadre est particulièrement agréable, la vue est imprenable, la situation à l'entrée du village très pittoresque de Labeaume est un atout indéniable. Idéal pour les amateurs de vieilles pierres, de calme. Coupure avec la vie stressante de la ville assurée à coup sûr. La literie est top. Bref, je recommande.

une belle escapade en Ardèche

Cette location a été une réelle et agréable surprise. Parfaitement équipée, la maison est spacieuse, ne cherchez pas de modernisme mais du pratique et du charme sans parler de la vue imprenable sur le village et les gorges. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wunderbares Kleinod in der Ardèche

Ein wunderbares, charmantes und idyllisches Objekt in der Ardèche. Sensationell gelegen am Rand der Klippen über dem Ort Labeaume und dem Fluss La Baume mit unvergleichlichem Ausblick morgens auf der Terrasse. Gemütliche Einrichtung à la française, perfekt ausgestattete Küche für drinnen und draußen (Gasgrill!). Viel Platz überall (außer im Bad)! Die Lage von Labeaume selbst ist auch perfekt für alle Ausflüge in die Ardèche. Tolle Wanderung von der Haustür zu sensationellen Dolmen und an die Ufer der Baume, und mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der Ardèche oder am Chassezac zum Kanufahren oder Wandern - ein Genuss!

tres bonnes vacances au calme maison bien située pour se rendre sur les differents sites à visiter et pres des lieux de randonnées.maison bien équippée:appareils ménagers,vaisselle..sauf le téléviseur,trés capricieux. avons apprécié la grande chambre qui reste fraiche malgré la chaleur exterireure;l' Ardè che est une région trés belle avec un patrimoine trés riche meme s'ily fait trés chaud et le village de Labeame est trés pittoresque et plein de charme

Den schönen Blick vom Haus auf Labeaume werden wir nicht vergessen! Aber auch die Lage hinsichtlich der Erreichbarkeit aller urlaubsrelevanten Annehmlichkeiten erscheint st nahezu ideal - insbesondere die der Bademöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber auch das macht seinen Charme aus.

Wundervoll

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach fantastisch. Man blickt auf den Ort hinab und ist gleichzeitig am Beginn des Fußwegs, der durch die Gässchen nach unten führt. Die Ausstattung ist wunderbar. Wir haben (fast) nichts vermisst. Den Milchaufschäumer haben wir mitgebracht und ein Mückennetz, das wir über das Fenster hängen konnten. Nur einer der (kleineren) Räume ist mit Mückennetz ausgestattet. Wenn man suchen wollte, könnte man noch einen kleinen Tisch am vorderen Aussichtspunkt der Terrasse vermissen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder. Die Umgebung ist auch unglaublich schön und die Badestelle sandig, mit Felsen zum Springen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Sylvie ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf meine Mails immer schnell reagiert. Zum Thema Zimmeraufteilung: ein Zimmer ist besonders groß und schön, das klassische Elternzimmer. Das zweite ist schon deutlich kleiner, hat aber auch ein eigenes Waschbecken. Nur das dritte ist sehr klein, mehr für eine Person geeignet als für zwei. Für eine Familie ist die Aufteilung sehr einfach zu lösen. Für zwei befreundete Paare schon etwas schwieriger. Aber insgesamt ist das Objekt absolut empfehlenswert!

Maison situee a l entree du village. Une petite rue pavee mene au coeur du village en 5 mn. Magnifique vue du jardin sur la riviere et le village. Maison bien equipee. Maison ancienne , la deco en ligne avec.la maison. Maison vaste , de la place . Vaste terasse qui donne sur la riviere. Un peu de traffic la journee, mais tres.calme en soiree et la nuit. Je recommande.

Vue magnifique sur le village de Labeaume

Maison ancienne avec une vue magnifique sur le village. Très bien équipée, plein de petites choses dont on a toujours besoin et que l’on a pas emmené (ciseau, scotch, ficelle....). Maison qui rappelle celle de nos grands-parents par son ambiance. Très bon séjour pour tous .
