1.3 miles to Hayward field. Beautiful home in park-like setting. Private Hot Tub, outdoor fire patio in beautiful garden area with room for croquet or bocci ball. .5 mile from practice track at and running trail, and new YMCA. Huge deck with BBQ. 4-5 bedroom 3 bath. Available during the Olympic Trials and walking distance from free shuttle to Hayward Field. Home is located on a double lot in a park like setting with huge front yard, garden area with patio and gas firepit, and large deck overlooking garden with dining table/umbrella for 8 with gas grill. There is also a private backyard with new hot tub/spa, patio and dining table/umbrella for 6. Three story House with five available bedrooms and three full baths. Full kitchen, large dinning room, and Laundry room. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and minimal traffic. There are two covered parking spots and plenty of free street parking.
