Very nice updated apartment!

I really enjoyed this property, very nice inside. Just as pictured. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but there was a gate we were able to park inside which was great.

Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I booked this property to attend our first NOLA Jazz Fest. Booking and communication with the host were great the whole time. We had some concerns about the location (industrial area and off the beaten path of Frenchmen St and the FQ. But we never felt unsafe and the off street parking space was a huge bonus. The apartment itself is beautifully updated, spacious and so clean. It was nice to escape the scene after long days of peopling at Jazz Fest. Ubers were quick to arrive and less than $15 to get us to FQ, Jazz Fest, Tipitina’s and Saenger Theater. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful interior, with comfortable parking, but across street from industrial complex

This beautifully renovated, open concept home, on the second floor, was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in, with most furnishings seeming almost brand new. The owner even ordered a special steak pan, with ridges to create grill marks on the meat for us! The off street semi private parking also added to our comfort level. The neighborhood seems to be gentrifying, but the house is also across the street from an industrial complex, and Poland is a main street with some cars whizzing by at unsafe speeds. I'm glad we had a rental car, so we didn't have to use public transportation, especially after dark, since I'm almost 70.

Beautiful property with very modern touches…overall aesthetically pleasing! Very easy check-in & out process. The gist was easy to correspond with. And I’d definitely come back for another stay….ideal for a business trip, Baecation or girls getaway!

Excellent modern rental house

The house is only a 10 minute drive away from the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans. Check in and communication with the owner and manager was easy and quick. The home was clean with lots of nice modern touches. Would definitely stay again.
