Cocoonr Agency offers you this comfortable 130 m² wooden house, very bright, warm and cosy, with a lovely 50 m² wooden terrace and a small garden planted with trees. The garden is enclosed (closed by wicket gates and a manually-operated gate).
One car can be parked here.

The house is particularly comfortable, with perfect insulation making it as pleasant in summer as it is in winter. It's also ideally located, within easy reach of 2 beaches (100 m): Plage du Béchet and La Salinette. You can take a stroll in the grounds of Château du Nessay, where you can even dine or enjoy the sea view from the terrace. You can also enjoy wonderful walks along the GR34, which winds its way between the famous Dinard golf course. For the record, the house, renovated in 2014, was the last carpenter's workshop in Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, hence its particular shape, which gives it all its charm.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room facing the garden with comfortable sofas.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining table.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with a trundle bed (sleeps 2)
- One bathroom on the first floor with a shower cubicle and WC
- Another bathroom with bath and double washbasin.
- A separate WC downstairs and another separate WC upstairs.

Outside:
- A large wooden terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs and deckchairs)

Location:
Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer is a charming seaside village. You can do everything on foot! The town center is 1.5 km from Villa Emeraude. Here you'll find a pharmacy, a bar, bakeries, a fishmonger's, and a Friday market.
La Houle", with its bakery, bars and restaurants, is just 800 m from the house. Our favorite: “La Table du Béchet”.

The GR34 is accessible from the beach at La Salinette, where you can enjoy wonderful walks while admiring the sea.
For children, there's the “Club des Goélands” at Plage de la Salinette (by reservation and open only in summer).
Dinard is 10 kilometers away.

Other comments:
- Wifi Free. Internet speed is not optimal for telecommuting, network type TP LINK, the Internet connection may be stable and powerful at times, but it also experiences periods of instability.
- Pets not allowed
- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- The television does not receive any channels. It is connected to a DVD player
