On 2 levels: on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, and toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one 160 cm bed and 2 140 cm beds) and 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Clear and functional, this house is made for a very pleasant stay. Available: television, internet, garden furniture, kitchen equipment, etc.
The house is accessible on foot from Deauville / Trouville station (15 min).
The sea, the boards are at the end of the street at 500m.You will find next to all the necessary shops: bakery, delicatessen, fruit and vegetables, butcher, caterer, butcher, press, pharmacy

The house is non-smoking, except in the outdoor areas (garden, terrace).

Lovely house in a lovely location

The house is as described and spacious enough for 6+. It's a lovely, old-style French house, perfect to feel the vibe of the area. Bakery and groceries (and more) are in walking distance, beach is 6 min by foot. Bistro right around the corner as well. Lovely and safe neighborhood and a great, small beach town.

Cute Home in Deauville

Adorable home in a great location in Deauville - just a few blocks away from both the city’s center and beach. Check in and check out process are both in person which was inconvenient but communication with the property manager and host was seamless.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in the middle of Deauville. Easy to walk everywhere, proximity to beach, restaurants, cafes. The frontyard and backyard were good for breakfast and relaxing outdoors. The only negative surprise was the noise from the busy street outside.

Great location and house

We had a lovely holiday in Deauville. The property is well located for the beach and the shops. The house was well appointed, with everything we needed - we all loved the house. The only downside was the arrival time. We couldn’t go straight to the house from the ferry as no one could meet us with the keys due to the late arrival time. This meant we had to book a night in a hotel which was an additional expense. Perhaps a key lock box would be a good idea so that the lovely Madam looking after the house doesn’t have to worry about the arrival time of guests. We would however definitely return to the house and Deauville and would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore a lovely part of France.

We vonden het een ideaal vakantiehuis. Mooi, smaakvol gerenoveerd en aangekleed. De keuken was voorzien van een grote uitrusting. Ligging was centraal en op loopafstand van het centrum en strand. Ook fijn dat we de auto en onze fietsen achter de poort konden plaatsen. Het huis ligt wel aan een drukke doorgaande weg maar dat vonden we niet erg. Het huis was door de luiken goed koel te houden.

Schönes Haus mit vielen tollen Details. Gute Lage. Nette Vermieter. Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck von Vorteil. Nachteil: nicht ganz sauber ( KĂŒche und Bad ), laute Straße fĂŒhrt am Haus vorbei.

Semaine agréable en grande partie due à la situation de la maison

MĂ©tĂ©o excecrable mais vous n'ĂȘtes pas responsables! Par contre oas suffisamment de linge de maison surtout dans une rĂ©gion humide: une seule serviette par personne ! Je suis moi-mĂȘme propriĂ©taire bailleur, une serviette supplĂ©mentaire, de taille moyenne par personne serait plus que bienvenue.. La personne qui s'occupe du Menage nous a donnĂ© des serviettes sĂšches en 1/2 de sĂ©jour mais pas de torchons par exemple vive le sopalin !nous la remercions Par ailleurs la plupart des produits d'entretien Ă©taient vides .. Ces remarques sont pour amĂ©liorer vos conditions d'acceuil Un voire 2 parapluies seraient de bonne augures

Maison bien placée

Belle maison, trÚs agréable, bien décorée, bien équipée et bien placée : nous avons tout fait à pieds : les planches, le marché, le shopping. La courette à l'arriÚre est tres agréable, végétalisée et couverte. Pouvoir garer sa voiture est un plus. Enfin, Marine qui nous a accueillis est adorable. Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et la bouteille de cidre, une attention tres appréciée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

nous avons passé un bon séjour aprÚs avoir nettoyé les endroits que nous souhaitions utiliser.

la maison est aménagée avec goût. elle est idéalement située à Deauville. le seul bémol est le manque de propreté en cuisine et sur les meubles en général. c'est trÚs dommage car cette belle demeure mériterait un entretien plus soigné

Maison idéalement située à proximité du centre ville de DEauville .

Petite maison sympa composée de 3 chambres une cuisine équipée et un salon , située à deux pas du centre ville de DEauville, du casino, de la plage. Possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur d une petite cour. Tout peut se faire à pied. Acceuil chaleureux.

Une maison trÚs bien agencée. Cuisine super équipée. Salon agréable. Literie ok, chambre ok. Jet d'eau extérieur super pratique pour rincer vélos et pieds sableux. Localisation idéale! Propriétaire qui répond vite, accueil au top par la gérante! Grand merci à vous
