Please note: This property has a detached garage with an additional 1 bedroom unit that may be occupied from time to time. The 3rd garage is separate from the garage for guest use and access to the additional unit is through the 3rd garage. This should bring no interruption to your stay.

Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old.
