VACATION LIKE A STAR at DIAMOND DUNES in North Myrtle Beach. Each of the duplex's two oceanfront 4,500 sq ft villas has four king suites, four guest bedrooms, seven full and two half-baths, a gourmet kitchen, and WIFI. The game rooms with 60" TV, pool table, air hockey, and foosball are perfect for hours of family fun. Each villa has an extra refrigerator and a laundry room with an extra dryer.

YOU'LL ENJOY THE SHARED 14'x24' unheated POOL, kids' pool, and charcoal grills. You'll be just a few steps across the dunes from the beach. Each home is nicely equipped with a 52" HDTV in the living area, bedroom TVs, and ten DVD players. These are non-smoking accommodations, and motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are welcome. Rented weekly Sat-Sat May through summer.

SLEEPING UP TO 25, including kids, Villa B has:
1st Floor: BR1-1 Double and 1 Single; Living Room-Queen Sofa Sleeper.
2nd Floor: BR2-1 King; BR3-1 King; BR4-1 Single & Bunk Beds (Single over Double); BR5-1 Single & Bunk Beds (Single over Double); BR6-1 Single & Bunk Beds (Single over Double).
3rd Floor: BR7-1 King; BR8-1 King; Living Room-Queen Sofa Sleeper.
Note: Sofa sleepers are not suggested for adults.

Pool is not heated; open April-October.

This property was nasty inside and outside. Trash in the rooms. Bottom with cigarette in it. The floor was so nasty I used two boxes of floor wipes and still wasn’t clean. The tables had food stuck on them. The grass was so long it was coming up between the chairs when you land out. The chairs were rusted. You could use the tables outside because the rust.The pool was nasty!! I could go on and on.over all vey unhappy!!!!

The house is super spacious and perfectly located!!! Not only is it on the beach, but its walking distance to everything!! The only thing that I didnt like was the cleaning service. I think the cleaning crew could've paid more attention to the small details,, but other than that it was an amazing experience, and we wi definitely book this property again!!

Family beach vacation

We overall had a good stay at the property. The internal workings of the house were adequate. The four main bedrooms all had excellent ocean front views and provided a comfortable environment. The kitchen was adequate although somewhat disorganized when we arrived. We were cooking for 14 people and it took some time but the pots and plates were adequate. My major concern with the property was that the duplex afforded two separate units with eight or more bedrooms. We discovered the day we arrived that the other half of the property had 20 people staying in it. The pool and Jacuzzi were shared between the two units so a total of 36 people could’ve at any point been at the pool. Thankfully for us the people staying next to us were very well behaved and we had an excellent stay but with another type of group the week could’ve been a disaster. Also the House was flanked by several large structures housing multiple condominiums and the beach was very crowded even during the week. I think it would be significantly less crowded after school starts however. A final note that we did not have any bug problems that had been reported previously and that issue seems to have been dealt with. In summary it was a good week that could’ve been much more complicated with a different scenario!

Amazing location

My two sisters and I stayed at Diamond Dunes for a week with our husbands and 6 small children. We couldn’t have been closer to the water. So convenient with small kids! I could see my family on the beach while in the bedroom. Also a huge plus that their are 4 ocean view master bedrooms with nice bathrooms and balcony access. The game room was also a great plus. The only negative we had was the floors were not very clean. They weren’t visibly dirty but after walking around for awhile your feet would be black. We learned to all wear slippers and/ or socks around the house. No big deal, but I would suggest some sort of deep floor cleaning. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Space But Needs Cleaning

The actual property was spacious and right on the beach as advertised. Was also in a great location. The cons though outweigh the pros. There were roaches. We found dead roaches in the kitchen and roaches all over the house, the kitchen, stairway, and bedrooms, to the point where we called the maintenance person out. You all really need to do a bug bomb both for unit A and B. None of the TVs worked nor did the WiFi until the maintenance guy came. We had people depending on the WiFi who work from home as well as virtual school for the kids and thus it not working was impactful. Seems the WiFi or TVs weren’t activated and did work once the maintenance man left. Our family made the best of it but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again
