With a surface area of 48 m², on the first floor of an old co-ownership (without lift), this pleasant T2 benefits from an optimized layout for your greatest comfort :
-a small entrance hall leads to a beautiful living room composed of an open kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area with its two comfortable armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with : oven, refrigerator, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A small bar and 2 stools will allow you to gain strength before setting off to discover the city ! For more comfort, there is also a dining table with four chairs.
-On the other side of the entrance, a large bedroom (1 bed Queen Size 160X200) with its bathroom space equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Adjoining to the bedroom, separate WC.
The apartment is also equipped with a television and an excellent WIFI (fibre) connection.

The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation Le Talensac is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
While staying at Le Talensac, you are in the heart of the city of Nantes : Saint Pierre Cathedral, the Château des Ducs, the Place Royale and Graslin... everything can be visited on foot (between 2 and 15 minutes). The district is very pleasant and close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, wine shop, restaurants etc). You can also reach the island of Versailles in just 5 minutes on foot.
To get around Nantes, join the Cours des 50 otages in less than 5 minutes to take tramway lines 1 and 2, or buses C2, 23 or 12 (from rue Paul Bellamy).
For your car, you have at your disposal the public outdoor parking place Talensac (paying).
To get to the train station : from the Talensac stop, take the bus C2 direction "Gare Sud" for about 10 min of journey.
You can also reach the airport in 20 minutes by shuttle bus from the "Commerce" stop.
