The space
Beautiful new listing and remodeled home. Complete with ample common area space with 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms all with queen size memory foam beds with the exception of the master bedrooms, which offers a king size spring bed. There are 2 smart TVs throughout the home. There is also a large enclosed sun room, perfect for rainy days as well as the outside deck with BBQ grill and 2 outdoor dining tables.
Game room downstairs with a large smart TV pool table and plenty of board games. The game room walks out to the 5 seat Hot Tub, open year round!
A full size washer and dryer is also available.
Home is complete with pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, and cooking supplies.
-There is a full bathroom on the lower level and 2 full bathrooms on the upper level.
-Free cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, towels, starter paper products, condiments, hair
dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap are provided.
-Parking available for up to 6 cars maximum
Guest access
The home is private to you and your group. You will not share with anyone else. You will have 24/7 remote access and keypad entry to the home.
You will also have access to enjoy all the community amenities in beautiful Pocono Farms Country club. Amenities include the outdoor heated swimming pool, Echo Lake with beach area, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, and one of the finest golf courses in the Northeast (some additional fees will apply to some of the community amenities).

No smoking
No parties or events. Quiet Hours are enforced 10PM to 8AM
Guests will have to sign a Rental agreement. This protects both the home and the guests.
