Cabin in Downtown Ephraim-Perfect for couples!

Summary:

Welcome to Collings Summer House, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! You'll be in the heart of Ephraim while staying at this adorable cottage within walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants and recreation activities!



The Space:

Located right on Water Street across from Eagle Harbor, you'll be in the center of the action, yet feel worlds away in your peaceful retreat! Sleeps up to 4 with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a pullout couch in the main living area. Enjoy reading a book in the sunshine on the outdoor patio.



Well-behaved dogs are allowed. There is an additional fee collected at booking (maximum of 2 small dogs or 1 large dog). The cottage is small so active dogs may have a hard time in the small space.



Consider renting the neighboring cottage, Collings Log House, to add an additional 6 guests!

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Super cute little cabin! We enjoyed the view of the lake and loved being in ephraim. The pull out couch was perfect for our toddler and the bathroom was very spacious! Nice parking options too since that’s a busy road. Will definitely look to book again next year.

Jordan, Murphy, and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage! It was the perfect size for the three of us and made for an ideal getaway in Ephraim.The property was incredibly clean from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The location couldn't have been better—we were able to easily walk to downtown Ephraim to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and waterfront, which made the trip even more relaxing.One of the underrated perks was having dedicated parking. It was so nice not having to worry about finding street parking or moving the car throughout our stay. We also really appreciated how well the air conditioning worked. The cottage stayed at a consistently comfortable temperature, even during the warmer parts of the day.Overall, this was the perfect place for a couple traveling with their dog, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again the next time we're in Door County. Highly recommend!
