Summary:

Welcome to Collings Log House, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This log home is located within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything the Village of Ephraim has to offer. Drive to Fish Creek, Sister Bay and all of Door County in minutes.



The Space:

This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

What a cute property! We thought it would be further in the woods but were pleasantly surprised how close to town it was with water views! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We had three adults and fit perfectly!

Great location and well maintained. Easy to walk to Wilson’s and right between fish creek and sister bay. We like to play family board games and it was a little dim in the living room at night but overall we’d recommend to stay there for sure.

Perfect spot

The Collings Cottage was the perfect spot for our Door County get-away. Accommodations were very comfortable and perfectly sized for my wife and I. Kitchen was well equipped, even though we only made breakfast in the morning. Really appreciated the books and board games to fill the time relaxing.

Wonderful cottage!

Memorial Week Stay

The space was great for two couples and our dog. This is a lovely location with a nice view of Eagle Harbor. We enjoyed the sunny front yard in the afternoon. The place was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Very quiet with easy access to other areas of Door County.

Perfect for small family getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms and outdoor space were lovely, with quick access to downtown Ephraim and the public beach. Check in and check out were straightforward and simple. Enough kitchen supplies were provided for a long weekend. Recommend bringing your own toiletries. We would stay again!

Great Door County Location!

We had a great stay with our infant son at Collings Cottage. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed and having access to laundry was great! The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to Ephraim's downtown and short drive to Fish Creek and Sister Bay. We loved our stay in Door County and would highly recommend Collings Cottage to anyone.

Lovely spot

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the cabin, (we have also stayed in the little cabin on the property) and it will not be out last! We love the place, it is the perfect size, and thrilled with the location in Ephraim. I can't believe how fast our days went by and now I am already looking forward to the next trip up to DC and our next stay here. Thank you for helping to make it another memorable trip!
