This newly refurnished getaway is just a short walk from boat/kayak rentals, shopping and restaurants including the world famous Snook Inn! Master Bedroom has a walk in closet and the kitchen has a island that gives the unit a very open feel. The living room contains brand new TV/soundbar and even has a wet bar for entertaining. The grounds have generous green space including a Tiki hut with a Grill overlooking the long water views of canal that is only a 10 minute boat ride from the gulf of Mexico. From your western exposure 2nd floor balcony, you can watch the Dolphins swim in the canal or the osprey soar to their nest across the canal Dedicated parking just below unit.
