Absolutely Lovely, newly rotavated in an Arizona condominium community. All New Décor! Free Wi-Fi! 2-Smart 65” TVs!1 Bedroom, with new linens, furniture, lighting and 65in TV. Bathroom with new linens, hair dryer, and robes. Kitchen has all new appliances, lighting, linens with all the utensils, dishes, and cookware needed. Along with a single Keurig kcup coffee pot, Ninja blinder/food processor/Smoothie, and hand mixer. New furniture, lighting and 65” TV in living room. There is also a rolling laptop desk for your convenience. New outside seating includes rocking chairs fire pit, picnic table with umbrella and BBQ grill. New large capacity washer and dryer. This newly renovated condo is a dream. You will love your stay here. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view!!!!! 20 miles South of Tucson Arizona off I-19. Nogales Mexico about 30 miles South of Green Valley AZ, on I-19. Altitude 4000 feet.

Old Tucson movie set and many other things to see and do in the area.
The community is age restricted. The renter must be 55 years old, or greater. Mature landscaping is lovely. View of the mountains and desert. Many visitors, return annually and eventually move here.
No Parties, No smoking inside and No pets... No Exceptions.
Must rent no less then 7 days.
It is a really nice, quiet community with pool access at the end of the block. There is a clubhouse. If anything is damaged or missing. You will be responsible and charged for it. Please be responsible and respectful with our property. We really do want you to have the most pleasant experience with us! So we have provided you with a gift bag and some items to help you get started. Including: dish soap, dishwasher soap, 2- Coffee pods, paper towels, sponge, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body sponge, lip balm and lotion. A couple pens, note pad, note cards, envelopes and so on.

East Villa

Overall the two month stay went very well. It is in a great location in Green Valley. It has all new appliances and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Very nicely decorated and the neighbors on each side are very friendly. Parking spot was always available and the tv and internet worked great. Grill needs some cleaning and work but once it started it worked great. Looking for a 2 bedroom for next year or would consider coming back.

Great condo Great View

What a great place to rent! This was our second year in this unit and everything was clean and well supplied and furnished. The owner has everything you need while staying here. We just love the Mountain View from the patio ! Green Valley is the place to be !
