PARK COUNTY LAWS Apr 2021: renters may NOT use guns or atvs or have open fires. Gas firepit ok. Sorry—these were passed without public ok.
Renters must agree to abide by rules for conservative well water; septic use: no running water or excessive flushing.
Fireplace must NOT be used to heat our property--the electric radiators or wall units will heat faster--do NOT leave fireplace unattended!!

All the comforts of modern living but remote and steps from the National forest and all the activities you can imagine.

What makes this property unique

Patio with grill and picnic table and adirondack chairs as well as a gas firepit, and camping chairs are included with incredible views and wildlife in 360 degrees. You will be 200 yards from 80,000 acres of national park to explore as well as views of a pond at the base of the property with waterfront views. You own the mountaintop!
