Waste Management trip

The house was clean and the host was easy to talk with. The bathrooms were slightly outdated and the pool broke midway through the trip and the heating charge was refunded (partially). The house was great for the location of event.

Our guest elected to have the pool heated during their 5 night stay. On the 4th day, they notified us that the weather had been cold and said it was not comfortable to swim. The pool and heater were fully functional and the temperature was maintained within manufacturer specifications at the upper level through our mobile app. Even though we heated the pool for 80% of their stay, we agreed to discontinue the heating, and offered to refund 1/2 of the cost for heating to that point, which they gladly accepted. I'm not sure about the bathrooms being outdated? All were updated in the recent past.

Great house and location for a few couples for golf and sunshine!

With a group of four couples, it is often difficult to fine the right number of beds and baths for our trips. This house was perfect. Each couple having their own bedroom and full bathroom (plus a half bath for all on the main level) was the best! Norm was so gracious and helpful. The kitchen and outdoor grill make it super easy to cook and enjoy the evening poolside after golf. Such a great weekend - enhanced by this house!

Perfect spacious home especially if sharing with multiple families.

This house is HUGE. A perfect open layout that can accommodate so many. There are 5 bedrooms and each room has their own bathroom. The Jack and Jill room obviously share one,, but still pretty cool to not have to share a bathroom with so many people. There is 1/2 bath near the kitchen for others to use. The house sits up on the hill, so lots of privacy.

Minor issues; responsive manager

The outside pool is not open for swimming and the trees overhang the pool keeping it dirty. The manager tried to address it, but to no avail. Needs minor repairs in downstairs shower. Overall it was a good trip and property manager was responsive.

The pool was available for swimming and is cleaned weekly. In the evening on first day, Guest called to notify of some leaves that fell into the pool after a windy day and we immediately contacted our pool company who arrived the net morning to skim. Not sure what the repair was that they are referencing; because they never notified us. Home was remodeled a few years ago and is in great condition.

One month stay for 9

The layout of the home was perfect for us, as everyone had their own quiet space. The dining, kitchen and family room area was perfect size. We loved the pool, as we used it nearly every day. We had a light and fan that weren’t working, which was very quickly replaced. We also had light bulbs burn out which the handyman replaced the following day. It would be helpful to have some on hand for people to use as needed. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

We were in Phoenix for the golf. House was great, take care of that steps to the upstairs area are a bit narrow.
