It consists of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher).
Three bedrooms, one with a safe.
Two bathrooms with toilets (bath/shower), one with a whirlpool bath with sea view.
4 terraces, one with a jacuzzi and another with a small garden giving direct access to one of the 4 pools in the fully secured residence.
A penthouse on the upper floor: with bar, sofa bed, terrace with view of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar.
Multi-channel TV, wifi and a tower to listen to your favourite music. Private lift.
Basement garage with private space for two cars.
You can walk to small bars or restaurants, as well as to a pharmacy, a supermarket, beach restaurants.
