Splendid house with sea view and located next to one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe (Golf The Links D'Alcaidesa). Beach access on foot.
It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children.
It consists of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher).
Three bedrooms, one with a safe.
Two bathrooms with WC (bath / shower), one of them with a hydromassage bath with sea views.
4 terraces, one with a jacuzzi and another with a small garden that gives direct access to one of the 4 pools of the fully secure complex.
An attic on the upper floor: with a bar, convertible sofa, terrace with views of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar.
Multi-channel TV, wifi and a tower to listen to your favourite music. Private lift.
Garage in the basement with private space for two cars.
You can walk to small bars or restaurants, as well as a pharmacy, supermarket, beach restaurants.
Many shops are a 10-minute drive from the house.
