Welcome to The Constellation House, located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis! Within walking distance to the U.S. Naval Academy, St. John's College, the Maryland State House, City Dock, Annapolis Yacht Club, St. Mary's Church and all area restaurants, bars and shops. This charming c. 1900's duplex in "America's Sailing Capital" is spacious and well appointed with a covered front porch great for people watching and a private brick patio outfitted with gas grill. It sleeps 7 people with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. It is comfortably outfitted with hardwood floors on all levels, renovated bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The main level features a Living Room with gas fireplace, Dining Room, renovated Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and prep island with freestanding ice maker, half bath and exit to private brick patio with table and gas grill. The second level features a Master Bedroom with Queen bed with en suite bath with Shower Stall, 2nd Bedroom with Queen bed with access to the Hall Full Bath and spacious 3rd Level with 2 Twin beds and a roll-away. Please note this property does not have parking but the city garages are all just a few blocks walk away .

Great Location!

Came for Navy football but would come again. nd stay just because of location-walking distance to everything. House was immaculate and enjoyed reading about its history.

Wonderful - Perfect location and Comfortable

The house was perfectly maintained and comfortable. It was also in the perfect location to be walking distance from pretty much everything.

Great location near USNA

We had 4 adults and 2 children in our group, and everyone was very comfortable in the space. The road noise at night was a little loud for the light sleeper in our group, but given the downtown location, it was expected. We all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location with open floor plan

Thankfully, the pictures of this property were exactly as shown! The house has a great flow & is charming. Exactly as you’d expect for an old home in Annapolis, squeaky floors & slightly steep staircases! Only down side is the 3rd bedroom is on 3rd floor & there is no door & steep stairs. So where we originally putting grandchildren didn’t feel safe. Switched with adults & it was fine! The McNeals were very helpful & friendly! We would absolutely rent this home again! Thanks & GO NAVY!
