House worked for our needs. Owner/manager Joseph was great to work with and quickly responded to questions. If you need to park a car, note that it’s all street parking and gets full later at night.
My sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this recently renovated townhouse steps away from downtown - a plus for those of us with cranky knees! Immaculate with crisp comfy beds & linens, two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, we had plenty of room to relax and share a great visit. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly neighbors. Perfect location. relax
Nice relaxing getaway space. It served as a homebase for our vacay to MD/DC. It had all the amenities a family would need. The proximity to Annapolis harbor and access to the highway made staying local or heading to the city easy. The host was prompt and responsive on any question which arose. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience.
This property is great location to Naval Stadium and downtown Annapolis. We walked to everything. On street parking wasn't a problem. There is a parking garage a block away.

OK stay
Decent location...not great...but decent. Parking was a challenge. Living room was very small. Bedrooms adequate. Ground floor bathroom was TINY and right off the living area.Sounded like small animals in attic...making noise at night.All-in-all OK stay...especially for the price. Probably would not stay here again.
We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and tidy. Checking in was simple. Parking was straightforward once we noticed the markers giving us clear instructions. The kitchen has everything you need. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The downstairs shower is small, but the water pressure is good. Everyone who stayed upstairs enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will try to rent this again for the next time we visit Annapolis.

We were extremely disappointed by this property. It was over rated as exceptional. It was over priced! Not conveniently located to Annapolis or Naval Academy as described. Not an easy/short walk to either! Neighborhood is sketchy. Didnt feel safe. We heard animals scurrying in attic! The living room furniture was not comfortable as described. I wish we stayed elsewhere. More evidence of not being able to trust/believe what you read on the internet.

House was close and walkable to the downtown areas of Annapolis. You could park vehicle and walk everywhere local. Upon arrival, our first impression of neighbourhood was a little run down, but house was perfect for us. It was clean, recently updated and the people in the neighbourhood were very friendly. Our host was easy to contact when first arrived and checkin was easy.
If travelling with more than 1 vehicle, strongly suggest the parking garage 1 block away. For 5 days paid total $10. (1 spot on street available by house).
If looking for a clean 3 bedroom house, walking distance to downtown, naval base & Eastport, with all necessities provided a great option.
