The setting was beautiful and the house is extremely roomy so would be great for a large group. Blowing Rock and Boone are super close. The creek running through the backyard and the quiet of the area was amazing. Would definitely rent this cabin again.
What a wonderful home and location! It is so quiet and has all the amenities you could want. Can’t wait to go back!

Thank you so much for sharing! It is such a thrill when we hear that our guest had a great stay and the home provided a back drop for those memories and fun. Hope to have you as a guest again soon.
Our family had the best time making precious memories. We shared meals around the table, played games, worked puzzles, and sat together by the fire pit. God is so good to bless us with each other and a beautiful weekend in a lovely home.
We had the best time with 3 families staying in this amazing mountain home. It had tons of space and we loved all the outdoor entertainment. Great location with a short drive to many blowing rock attractions.

What a wonderful place for a group to stay. House is in a convenient, quiet location. Although the VRBO instructions say this house is NOT wheelchair accessible, there are many stairs. There were several stairways that need handrails. Make sure you read all instructions on how to use the stove! Favorite part of house: beautiful primary suite! That shower
Beautiful property, unfortunately it rained while we were there during our short stay. Hope to come back some day.

Perfect for large family gathering with kids. Loved the separate wings - allowed kids to have their space at night, as well as adults. Loved all the amenities - fire pit, hot tub, and creek!

Thank you so much for sharing! We are delighted that you enjoyed the home and we hope that you will visit us again in the very ear future.
The house is great. I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. There were a few minor hiccups like the hot tub not working the first day and a half but the rental company was on top of it and fast to fix it. The location is perfect!

Thank you so much for choosing and staying in our home. We are thrilled that you appeared to have enjoyed your stay and that the home met your vacation needs. We look forward to welcoming you back again to our home. Safe travels!
We loved the location and space that this home offered us. We sat on the back patio and listened to the water behind the home; we took our kids on nature walks; explored the area around us and had so much fun. The property manager was helpful and the maintenance team was extremely kind. We’d love to come back.

Thank you so much for sharing. Knowing our guest had a great time and enjoyed the property is its own reward! Take care and we hope you will revisit sooner rather than later.
This house was awesome for a large gathering of family and friends of all ages. Lots of space for everyone. We all enjoyed the outdoor space with the gas fireplace and tv/ bar area and the kids had a great time making a fire in the fire pit for s’mores. Small issues were handling quickly with the property manger. Would definitely rent this again in the future!!

Overall the property was very nice. Our nine year old granddaughter loved the game room. The fenced-in section of the yard was great for our doodles. However, it needed a thorough cleaning, especially vacuuming.

Thanks for sharing. We shared this with our Executive housekeeper for immediate attention. Our hope is that you will reach out and visit again soon!
Everything was as expected. There were some items that were not cleaned up after the last guest. We brought them to the property manager and they notes it. We also lost power for about 2 hours. The property manager was available to assist us through it. Luckily the power came back on.

Large lovely multi level home with many amenities depicted. Amenities depicted like out door kitchen and outdoor fireplace not available to renters. Refrigerator was not functional and it was apparent it was not working properly prior to arrival. This was addressed but not with a convenient solution. Food safety was the concern. Amid our stay, one of the AC units was not cooling. The management company was responsive but did not seem to have the authority to resolve issue with the refrigerator. Everyone was kind but again no one seemed to have the authority to resolve issues.
The property is a little worn but clean and the space worked perfectly for us. The single bunk room had a double bed on bottom, not two singles as shown in pictures so that was a nice bonus we weren’t expecting! The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans and serving dishes. The fenced yard for dogs was great. We had several issues while there but the rental company was responsive. Overall this was an excellent choice for us and we were very pleased. The location was convenient for doing things in the area.
My family and I stayed here for my wedding in Purlear. House is great for big groups as it is large and bedrooms are spread out. Great location, just be careful driving at night.

Thank you so much for sharing. It was a delight having you as our guest and we hope for a revisit soon!
We absolutely loved our stay at Moss End. Perfect for our family of 15 which included 6 kids 5-16 years of age and 9 adults. Plenty of space and awesome game room that the kids loved! Adults loved the outdoor area and our pup loved the fenced yard. Only complaints are as follows: keyless entry didn’t work and took about 45 minutes to be able to get into the house, box spring in basement bedroom was broken and the pull out sofa in the 7th bedroom was ok but would be great if there was an actual bed in there. Overall we loved our stay and we will definitely be back!! Location is truly perfect, too!

Thank you so much for sharing. We are always thrilled to hear from our guest, especially when they have had a great time. Its our hope that we see you again soon!
This large house worked extremely well for our extended family. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and family areas including a fun gameroom. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Nice outdoor areas including fenced yard for our dog. Very private and close to Blowing Rock and Boone.
Minor issues were house wasn’t as clean upon arrival, no outdoor table for eating outside (although outdoor kitchen was nice) and limited communications by management company.

Lota of space
The property was fabulous. There were however many repaurs needed and the outside kitchen was filthy . There needs to be more hand rails by the shorter sets of stairs. The pull out bed had mouse drppings in it and t bye basement bathroom had mildew.
House was perfect for what we needed. Family was able to spread out. I loved that the bedrooms were in different areas of the house. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Would go back for sure!
lots of room, loved the outside grilling area, beds were comfortable, scenery was amazing, tvs everywhere too
