Fantastic location! This is a private entrance apartment in my home just blocks from lovely downtown Bethesda, close to to NIH and Walter Reed, and easy access to DC by metro or scenic drive. Private entrance, bright views, beautiful artwork, and comfortable amenities make for a happy visit. Walk to Trader Joe's, shops and restaurants.

All linens, including comforter and bath mats, are washed for each guest. Every surface is wiped clean. Everything in the space is for the use of guests.

The space

I've just prepared this new area of my home for guests to enjoy, just steps away from the city! Inside, there is a living room, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom and bedrooms. County Rental permit #BCA-100757/STR

Kitchenette has
• small stove and oven
• full-sized sink,
• half-sized refrigerator and freezer,
• Keurig coffee maker with supplies for tea and coffee,
• teapot,
• toaster,
• and of course, dishes, pots, silverware, etc...

Bedroom 1 has queen-sized bed, and bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined to make a bed the width of a king-sized bed (with advanced notice.)
Both bedrooms have:
• desks,
• tv/monitor,
• 100% cotton sheets,
• duvet covers washed for every guest,
• blackout curtains,
• alarm clocks,
• dresser drawers and closet rods,
• ceiling fans.

Bathroom 1 (attached to Bedroom 1) has:
• double sink, shower in a jacuzzi tub,
Bathroom 2 (accessible from the hallway) has:
• everything brand new, shower with rain shower head.
Both bathrooms have:
• clean shine through and through,
• bath mats washed for every guest,
• 100% cotton towels.

This two level suite comfortably accommodates a family, colleagues, or two couples. For extra guests, cot or Inflatable air mattresses are available with advanced notice.
