Right on the seafront with lovely views. Immaculately clean property with high specification and comfortable beds. Paid extra for linen and towels and due to how clean it was we paid for the final cleaning which was reasonable. Private safe parking and a short 10 minutes walk to the harbour and restaurants. Highly recommended and also very helpful agents

A Comfortable, Well Appointed Apartment

Our week’s stay was during a very stormy week after Tempest Ciaran. The apartment was warm and comfortable despite the weather and despite the fact that its excellent location meant it was facing the strong winds and rain. It is a few hundred metres from the main shops and central market.

Fantastic location, very comfortable flat.

Great views, 5 mins to old town/shops/restaurants etc, clean, well-equipped,secure parking, very comfortable - we were really happy with this accommodation. The agency were excellent on communication. Also, we had a dog with us, and there is grass just outside for the late night pee! It's not mentioned, but there's a hairdryer there, so no need to pack one. We had a lovely meal at Au Coin du Barre on Rue Jean Bart nearby.

Perfect Location!

The apartment was in an ideal location - overlooking the bay and only five minutes' walk from the market. (It actually looked better than the photos had portrayed!) Sterne voyages were extremely friendly and everything ran smoothly from the word go!! The only problem, if it can be called that, was having to get out of the car to raise the barrier on the car park but we were assured that that small detail was being dealt with. We would definitely be happy to return.

Wonderful location

The apartment was very conveniently located and had all amenities for two. However, there was only a two seater settee and no room for any other comfortable chairs so was unsuitable, we feel, for four adults. We have only given two stars for the accuracy of online listing because there was no mention that bed linen and towels would not be provided unless paid for. It was only apparent after booking when the contract was sent for signature, which we unfortunately missed. My husband is 82 and I am 76. In all our years of travelling we have always had linen and towels provided and inclusive in the price. In the end, a few days before our departure for Concarneau, we had to pay €20 EACH for the linen and towels. But worst of all, we then had to make the bed ourselves! I find this absolutely disgraceful. When you travel a long way for a relaxing holiday you don’t expect this and it would most certainly dissuade us from booking such accommodation in the future. We were also asked if we wanted a cleaner before we left. We have always left properties clean and tidy and have no intentions of having to clean the property ourselves after our holiday. This would have cost us another €60! The check in process was more difficult because we had to collect the keys from the Agency. Whilst this was not too far away there was no personal greeting and hardly any information in the apartment to help us during our stay. If this is VRBO's policy you won’t see us again

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Concarneau avec en prime le beau temps. De notre appartement idéalement situé a 20 metres de la digue et vue sur la mer nous avons pu faire nos balades à pied. Wir waren sehr angetan von der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Auf dem Balkon ist immer ein leichter bis stĂ€rkerer Wind. Zwei schöne bequeme StĂŒhle/Liegen fĂŒr den Balkon wĂ€ren schön gewesen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung echt sehr schön. Zu Empfehlen ist auch die Creperie direkt im Nebenhaus.
