Recently updated, this classic summer beach cottage is a quick walk to popular Ridgevale Beach! A nature lover's paradise abutting a saltmarsh, there is always wildlife and a rich variety of songbirds. The home is filled with new furnishings and fresh paint, it is a cozy spot for your beach vacation. It offers three bedrooms with sleeping for 7, WiFi, and plenty of living space for everyone to spread out. The large deck in the back has views of conservation land which borders Ridgevale Beach, perfect for a peaceful evening after a busy day shopping or long days at the beach. The proximity to Ridgevale Beach makes this comfy cottage a wonderful spot for your Chatham vacation!

1 Full Bath and Enclosed Outdoor Shower, and Gas Grill



The warm, calmer waters of Nantucket Sound make Ridgevale Beach ideal swimming well past Labor Day and the tidal pools, large sandy beach and lifeguard on-duty make for a perfect family day at the beach. Children gather together in groups to play in the tidal pools that are tucked back behind the main oceanfront beach. A parking pass is required, but they're well worth the price and are good for any other beach in town. Beach stickers for non-resident parking can only be purchased with cash at the on-site beach booth.

We had a great stay at this very nice house. There was enough room for our group of 6, awesome dining room space. Nice sized backyard, perfect for our dog! Would love to stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property in Cape Cod. It had everything we needed, was very clean and was close (in walking distance) to the beach. We appreciated that we could do our laundry on site.

Ideal Space for Family of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The space was ideal for our family of five. We appreciated the central air at the end of a hot beach day, and we enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening dinners out on the deck, overlooking the marsh. We hope to return!

Comfortable house in a great location

We found this house very comfortable for 4-6 people, and loved being able to walk to Ridgevale beach. We also enjoyed using the good-sized deck overlooking the back yard, where we ate all our meals. The immediate area was very quiet and contributed to a relaxing vacation vibe.
