We had a very peaceful get away. Enjoyed Nashville shops. The cabin was everything we hoped for. We had a wonderful morning sitting in the hot tub watching a light snowfall. We would stay here again.
Cabin was great, only thing was the grill was really short, but, we made it work, until it started raining, then pulled the grill under the deck and the roof leaked. Hot tub could be updated along with some string lights around the hot tub area, it was dark in the corner. For the most part, we had a great time! Thanks so much!

We are glad you were able to enjoy your stay. We look forward to you booking with us for your next visit.
It was exactly as described; really very lovely. Plenty of kitchen utensiles. The only thing that could make it better would be a light over the mirror in the basement bathroom. It was difficult to see clearly. The light is overhead and slightly behind

Overall represented as described in the ad. Close to town but far enough away from others, state parks and other activities. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable enough for a few nights stay.
If I had one complaint it would be that the bathrooms are not on the same floor as the bedrooms. Secondly as a guy that’s 6ft you must duck for the stairs leading upstairs or down.

Our water was shut off the last night so check out was impossible. No shower, no bathroom, no runnin
Water was shutoff our last night. So waking up to no toilets , showers or sink water kind of soured our mood. We still did everything that was asked of us as far as the check out process except we had a couple of cups we couldn’t wash out because. WE HAD NO WATER.

We are so sorry there was a county water line break on the road where this cabin is located. It does not happen often but when it does we understand what an inconvenience it is for our guests. Thank you for being such great guests and we do hope you will come back and stay with us again.
My friends and I decided to book this cabin for a relaxing weekend get away. Main perk was the hot tub when searching. The pictures of the cabin were adorable! And the deck was great. At night there was barely any light out by the hot tub and the lights in the hot tub didn’t work either. So that was disappointing. Inside the cabin, the photos make it look very bright and warm. But in person everything was very dark and gloomy. Which made getting ready as a girl a little difficult with not much solid light choices. After our first night, we discovered a HUGE Brown spider with only 6 hairy legs that was the size of your adult hand on the top of the closet door. We weren’t able to find a safe way of getting rid of the spider without causing damage or risking an attack on ourselves if we missed. So we naturally had to evacuate the room and close the door for the remainder of our stay. So constant paranoia the other 24 hours. There was no AC in the bedrooms which I must have missed when booking. So sleeping was quite warm since there’s only 1 window unit for the main floor and the bedrooms in the hallway. We weren’t able to hang out in the living room comfortably since it couldn’t cool down enough on a normal peak summer day. We made the best of it though! Overall everything was fine. I do advise to not have a friend with medical issues stay that pukes easily. She did her best to make sure everything was spotless, but left a tiny amount of residue inside the toilet bowl. Thinking it would be cleaned at check out. But we were charged an additional cleaning fee for that. Felt like nickel and dining us for the Overall experience. It was a cute experience and I’m sure others will love! We just won’t be coming back.

We are glad you were able to make the best of your stay, although I have lived here for over 60 years and have not seen any spiders that big, and are sorry if you did. We do have pest control every few months so we will certainly make sure that they are made aware. We also wanted to mention that cabin has central air and does provide an extra air conditioner on the second level so perhaps is that EXTRA air conditioner all that you thought was in the unit? We strive to make sure our guest are comfortable while they are in the cabins, and hope that we tried to help you if you called to let us know of your issues. That is why we provide an after hour phone number in your cabin.
AS far as the cleaning up the "tiny bit left in the bowl". We do have photos that we will not be sharing of the chunks that were on the floor, in the bowl and on the rim that the cleaners did have to clean up and for $50 - that was a bargain. We would usually charge more for that kind of a mess. Just wanted to clarify that for the record.
Thank you for staying in one of our cabins.

Cute but little problems
Had a great time staying in this cabin overall.
With that being said multiple little inconveniences like burnt out light bulbs in cabin and hot tub. As well as re-cleaning “clean” dishes. Major problem with plumbing. Had a issue with a busted pipe in cabin on our third night. Poor communication with rental company and maintenance caused us a lot of stress. Therefore had to go a night without showering due to water being shut off. The good news is that the cabin looks exactly like what is pictured. Even though we had a couple bumps we will soon visit again.

I apologize about the communication. I heard that we had maintenance shut off water in the middle of the night. That Andy came and repaired quickly the next morning. I think we communicated that we were having someone come to dry out the carpets to halt any further issues so please let us know who did not communicate. We hope you will return.

We had to stay in two different properties due to a burst pipe in the minds of the night. Both properties were outstanding. Very clean and furnished. Nothing negative to say at all! The property rental company were absolutely great with what happened and seeing that we still had an exceptional time. We will definitely be back in the future.
