Modern, and stylish ground floor, king bed condo in Scottsdale with heated pool and spa. A perfect place to enjoy your desert or golf get away! Fully furnished pool-facing condo with all the comforts of home, including cable, Wifi, outdoor grill and right on Stonecreek Golf course. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses. You will enjoy the beautiful decor and original artwork.

The condo has beautiful wood flooring and new furnishings throughout. Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch cable(sports package included) TV on the Smart TV. The spacious king bedroom has a walk in closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding and another Smart TV with cable.
Convenient single level unit with no interior steps. You will have a covered, assigned parking, and a heated community pool and hot tub just outside your door. Enjoy a cookout in the community barbecue area with gas grills. You can even keep up with your workout routine by using the fitness center.
Fabulous location with a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping, and several restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course, just outside your door. Close to Paradise Valley, The Barrett Jackson Auction, and The Phoenix Open too.

2 week golf trip

This condo is cute and cozy. It is tastefully decorated, has a comfortable bed, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook in! The swimming pool is right out your front door and the locals who live in the complex and hang at the pool are WONDERFUL! I would definitely stay here again. Only one thing I see that could be useful are pool towels.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we loved being so close to the pool. The neighbors were very friendly and pleasant. The parking was a bit of a walk but we figured it out. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice Condo

The our patio was surrounded by landscaping and the pool. The condo was equipped as advertised and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. There were a large variety of restaurants within walking distance as well as other businesses.
