We just added a Brand New, Lakeside 40' HEATED POOL!
Only 2 hours and 15 min from the Minneapolis airport, this beautiful Private Lodge was completely remodeled in 2021 and is situated on 35 secluded acres with 850 feet of shoreline on highly sought-after Long Lake (in Birchwood, WI)! Long Lake is 19 miles long and features many boat-able businesses (Bars, Restaurants, Marinas, etc.). Be sure to read the entire description - there's so much to say about this property!

The Space:
Magnificent Long Lake estate, fully updated in 2021, with 35 wooded acres for the ultimate in privacy and Northwoods bliss! This grand log home's features include: brand new lakeside 40' pool with an underwater window (!), stone fireplace and log beams in the great room, massive brand new kitchen, master bedroom with stone fireplace, lower level recreation room, 4-season porch, brand new expansive decks, brand new 3,000 lakeside concrete patio, a child's playhouse cabin and 850 feet of frontage!
We designed the lodge specifically with large-group vacationing in mind. No detail was spared! There are 2 bedrooms for every full bathroom (plus the master’s private bath), 16 vanity sinks, 9 toilets, 3 full-size fridges, 3 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 5 washers and dryers and seating for 50!
We'll keep it simple and break down the details to the Lodge, the Bedrooms, the Yard, the Lake and the Toys!
The Lodge:
- Nearly 9,000 square feet, in just 2 stories, to enjoy the 180-degree, breathtaking lake views!
- 15 Bedrooms with 8 kings, 7 queens, 26 twins, 2 convertible twins, 4 toddler beds, 1 Futon, 2 collapsible cribs and 4 pack-and-plays!
- 11 brand new, ceramic tile bathrooms! Complete with 4 showers and 4 high-class tub showers with glass French doors. 6 also feature double vanities.
- Main floor master suite with brand new tile shower, double vanity, beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace and large sliding door to the deck (and, of course, amazing lake views)
- Loft with a couch/chaise that opens to a double bed, desk and lake views
- BRAND NEW, fully stocked, state-of-the-art Kitchen with 2 full-size fridges, 3 dishwashers, 2 ovens and pull-out 6 trash cans!
- Brand New lower level wet bar with another full-size fridge, a wine cooler and a beverage center
- Over 85 feet of dining space right in the kitchen/dining area that seats 50! - between the 2 custom-made 14’ tables (each seat 18), the island (seats 7) and the bar top (seats 6)
- Beautiful, two story Great Room, massive stone fireplace (wood burning), 3 areas of great seating and amazing views of the lake!
- Brand new four-season porch with over 200 square feet of glass for your lake viewing pleasure

The Yard:

- 2 miles of trails through the woods complete with over 500' of newly rebuilt land bridges!
- Ginormous, 3,000+ square foot deck and the most peaceful and amazing views of the lake you can imagine. The deck provides handicap accessibility to the Lodge.
- Patio table seating for 40+ on the deck
- Massive 2,000+ Square foot concrete patio on the walkout level and overlooking the lake. Much of the patio is dry covered outdoor space because the deck above has been waterproofed!
- Comfortable lounge seating for 20+ on the patio and deck - complete with two outdoor gas fire tables!
- 35 acres to roam and explore, complete with your own creek!

The Lake:
- 850’ of shoreline with a small creek on the north end!
- 15’ water trampoline complete with a 12’ slide, a blob and a log roll for lunching the kids into the lake (subject to wear and tear)!
- Large dock with plenty of space to tie off your own boat (or rent ours)
- Erosion proof shoreline with sandy gravel bottom and only 6' deep at the end of the dock
- 3,500+ acres of beautiful water, sandy lake bottom and great ares for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and all other water sports
- Over 35 miles of shoreline for endless exploration fun!
- Great fishing including Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.
- Several restaurants/bars you can reach by boat, and 2 marinas with a gas pump for fueling up on the lake! You can even get ice cream on the lake!
- Wild life at the lake is a bonus enjoyment – turtles, loons, ducks, eagles, deer and even black squirrels!
The Toys:

The nearest downtown is in Stone Lake and it is a quaint little strip and is also fun to explore – great coffee shop, boutique shops, a great mercantile, dollar store, several restaurants and more. Over 2 dozen restaurants and a full grocer are within 20 min of the Lodge.
Winter activities are also a highlight of this cabin. Snowmobiling trails run right through the lake and are easy to access directly from the property without trailering. Cross-country skiing and snow shoeing are also enjoyable activities on the frozen tundra! Plus, Long Lake’s ice fishing could arguably top its summer fishing! After a short 90-minute drive, you can find yourself at one of the region’s best downhill ski areas – Spirit Mountain, Wild Mountain or Trollhaugen! Not to mention, they all have awesome outdoor summer fun activities as well.
We know that nice, large lake places that fit your large family/group well are nearly non-existent. That’s why we are excited to share ours with you!
