Great property, very comfortable! Plenty of space for a large family. Great lake views - especially sunrise. Both kitchens were well stocked with pots/pans and accessories. Kitchen was easy to cook and clean.Great family room with large widows and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Plenty of dry wood was provided.Communication with owner and manager was easy and timely. Would definitely recommend and return!

Beautiful cabin. Long way from parking to the house. But they supplied wagons to pull your luggage and for firewood. We had a great time even though it rained. There were 9 of us and we stayed for 3 days. I believe the fire pit is shared between Loon Lodge and Deer Hollow, but no one was in Deer Hollow while we were there. We would recommend Loon Lodge for our friends.

We really enjoy staying at Northern Traditions for the Birkie. Laurie the Property Manager is great and we have had great experiences with Rich the owner. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay!

Once again, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! We have a large group that skis the Birkie and the house with its lakeside location makes for a perfect weekend for us!

Great Location

It was a great place to stay, very scenic, deer came into the yard a few times, Bald eagle did some fishing right in front of the dock. Place was bigger than I expected, lots of room.

The Perfect Northwoods Stay

Deer Hollow and Loon Lodge are both beautiful places to stay on Long Lake. Such a beautiful setting and they’ve thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back again next year!
