We are so happy for your getaway with us!
We are a Christian Couple who believe in the Golden Rule, by treating others the way we would like to be treated .
Our Tropical Cottage is located in the heart of downtown Sarasota. ,within 15 minutes to
the beaches . (Siesta Key , and Lido Beach). We are located 5 minutes from St. Aman's Circle, Marina Jack, Botanical Selby Garden, Ed Smith Stadium, Roberts Arena and many of the “Must Do in Sarasota”.
Located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, where you get to enjoy and don’t get to miss the things that you have at your own home.
We enjoy traveling so we have it set up just the way we will expect it to be for us, from brand new Macy’s Pillow top mattresses., Towels,Martha Stewart linens. The cottage is equipped with a full size kitchen, king-size bed in the master, along with a queen size bed on the second bedroom. There is Wi-Fi throughout along with smart Roku TV in living room and both bedrooms.
We are outfitted with Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, gas griller, fire pit and anything we may think that you may need to have during your vacation.

Note: on a Long term rentals , there is a nearby post office if you need to get a P.O. Box to receive your personal mail . We are not responsible for personal mail.
A reduced biweekly cleaning fee applies to long term stay . This Unit is not handicapped set up.

Christian family, who love to travel, going on mission trips to the Dominican Republic, volunteering at Juvenile ministries, Coaching Marriages, and believing in the Golden Rule by treating others the way that you want to be treated. We are available by text or phone, easy to reach. It is our goal for you to enjoy our cottage, without having to worry about anything. We have set up out cottage just the way we would like it when we are away from home. We strive the best to think of anything that you may need.

Through the prayer of our parents and others, we were blessed to have our son and daughter in-law(both Realtors), to help us to get into this peaceful stress- free Home. Our God's given vision is to have our guests to experience the peace, tranquility and relaxation needed by disconnecting from every day activities, storms, Trials that we may face in life. It's our Goal that after taking a physical and mental break away from everything you will experience Peace, contact with nature, encounter, a new Vision, answers, direction that perhaps you have been looking for years. This is a safe place surrounded by God's beautiful creation( the beautiful trees and the singing of the birds, every morning is a Plus!) .
What makes this property unique
The location of the Cottage, is near downtown, but away from the rush, and noise from the world. The beautiful landscape and white fence, the private driveway, and the security system lend itself to a feeling of peace.
It is nice just to go for a walk around the neighborhood, bike ride, or just drive less than five minutes to Marina Jacks, St. Armands Circle, Robarts Arena and many other well known places. Located within 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach rated number one is the USA. P.S. A portion of our profits are allocated to our Mission located at the Dominican Republic where my wife is from. (bilingual-Spanish, English).
