On the fifth floor of a Medieval estate on central Via del Pellegrino, this cozy studio is reached after 95 steps and is located in a listed building with no-elevator. This apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, and is located right around some of Rome’s best known landmarks, being walking distance from Campo de’ Fiori and Via Giulia, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, with just a short bus ride separating visitors from the Vatican Area on one side and the Colosseum on the other. Even Trastevere is within easy reach, as it’s just across the nearby Ponte Sisto bridge.

The Pellegrino 11 studio has been carefully and lovingly renovated respecting the original building’s unique elements, but putting the guest’s comfort front and center: double glazing maintains the studio’s temperature and keeps noises at bay, designer radiators (with independent heating) and an A/C system have just been fitted in and the comfortable sofa bed turns boasts a 10cms (over 4 inches)-thick mattress. A one-wall fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with Nespresso, kettle, toaster oven and mini fridge+freezer. A washing machine (no dryer) is also available in the mini-closet, where you will be able to store your luggage. The studio’s bathroom is tiny but efficient. The real star of the Pellegrino 11 studio, though, is the terrace - an extremely rare feature in this neighborhood, and particularly considering its size. Partly facing Palazzo della Cancelleria, the first Renaissance building to be built in Rome, it offers astounding views over the heart of Rome, including St. Peter’s Basilica, and it can be effectively used as an extra room: enjoy it for your meals, for your aperitivo in the evening, or simply to relax! Amenities for this accommodation also include a smart-TV and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
