DO NOT BOOK — I PAID IN FULL AND WAS LEFT STRANDEDI am writing this review to warn other travelers about my experience.I paid the full amount for this accommodation and contacted the host multiple times by email before my arrival to get check-in instructions. She never responded.When I arrived at the airport, I called the host directly because I still had no instructions. She answered, and I introduced myself as the guest and explained that I needed instructions to check in. She hung up on me.I called back multiple times, but she stopped answering. I received no check-in instructions, no assistance, and no explanation. I was left without access to the accommodation I had already fully paid for.With no choice, I had to find another place to stay at the last minute, costing me a significant amount of additional money.This was extremely stressful, costly, and completely unacceptable. A host should be available and provide basic check-in instructions to a paying guest. In my case, the host actually answered the phone, knew I was the guest, and then hung up instead of helping me.**I strongly recommend that future travelers think twice before booking this property. I would never book here again. I am sharing my experience so others do not end up stranded and out of pocket like I was.
