Beach-n-Back is a charming Beach Cottage is located two blocks from the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk on Beach Blvd.


“BEACH N BACK” is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom private home located approximately two blocks from the white sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This house also features a private pool for you to relax by.


*** DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added. ***


There is adequate parking for 4 vehicles. No parking passes are required.

This charming Beach Cottage is located two blocks from the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk on Beach Blvd. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious deck in the front of the house. This property is within walking distance of the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Sea-n-Suds Restaurant and the Gulf Market. Additional entertainment space is available in the spacious, protected area under the cottage. A permanent grill is available just outside the lower area.

The main living space is spacious and includes 70' HDTV, a leather queen sleeper sofa, and two standard chairs. There is also a dining area with a custom carved dining table with seating for 4 and 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a 65' HDTV. Bedroom 2 has two (2) twin bunk beds and a HDTV. Bedroom 3 has two (2) Queen beds with a HDTV. The Master Bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The lower level provides a great space for outdoor enjoyment including dining, conversation, or just relaxing for a moment.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Maximum 4 vehicles. No passes required for this unit. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great location, would stay again
We love this neighborhood. It is so close to the beach and everything else that is going on and yet quiet and a nice get-a-way. The couch needs to be replaced, it is like sitting on a rock on the ground but the other chairs were fine. The path to the pool needs some attention. When you are walking to and from the pool, shoes are a must as there is no path and there is glass and other dangerous things on the ground. There is no information in the condo about check out requirements and we had nowhere to put trash. We message the manager and they never answered us with what to do with it and we ended up leaving it by the laundry door. We would come back again!

Great vacation
The house is great. Located in a great spot and walking distance to beach. The kids loved the pool. House was everything we needed to enjoy a stress free vacation. Could use some updates and new couch but it worked. Thanks for having us! We’d definitely stay again

Not too happy with Beach N Back
Arrived on Tuesday; live TV didn't work. Could only get YouTube app on tv for movies. Called Beachball to report it that night. A service man came on Wednesday but couldn't fix it. I shared that the dish outside was covered in vines. Another service person came Saturday and partially fixed it. So we never had live tv. Backyard is not completely fenced; pictures on website appear that it is fenced in, but it certainly is not. No hot pads/oven mitts anywhere in the house. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming neighbor across the street!!!! That's not Beachball's fault but certainly did not make for a relaxing vacation. The crazy lady charged my husband with assault and involved the police when he was just trying to talk to her. This is my third time staying at a Beachball property and have always been pleased. I was just not at all pleased with this property. Will try to go back to the one I have stayed in before.

Nice but not nice
Location is great house is ok but definitely needs lots or TLC ! Couple ugly pâté he’s in ceiling (I kept looking at this since we do remodeling) poor was loaded with sand no coffee cups only 1 medium size pan ! Fridge is old not enough pillows and the laundry room is super dirty not organized at all first thing I saw is an underwear laying on the floor ! The pool is super small all the sun hits it there’s no chairs umbrellas tables etc etc ! I found no check in instructions when I got there Gad a hard time finding the wifi they basically don’t have any greeting instructions the price is great the house is big enough but they could do a little more to make it perfect

Good Location
Very short walk to the beach and distance to area attractions was great!!! The bathrooms have been updated but the rest of the house needs to be updated and Bunk beds need new mattresses!! The pictures on the listing show more amenities than were available during our stay. Management was easy to get ahold of concerning a minor issue and resolution was fast.
