Convenient place to stay

Handy to catch Tram 28 and walk through old town and lots of eateries. Noisy at night with outside revellers and air con units but might not always be the case. Comfy apartment with washing machine etc.

Appartement centre Lisbonne

Pour découvrir la ville, l'appartement est très bien situé. Il est également très fonctionnel et lumineux. Les volets en bois sont un plus pour préserver de la luminosité, de la chaleur et du bruit nocturne. La literie est de très bonne qualité pour le lit double et lits simples. Le canapé est moyennement confortable pour un 5ème couchage. Bon accueil et informations appréciées pour notre arrivée.

Perfect location for old Lisbon experience

When you visit old European cities and see the old buildings with strong looking doors and Juliet balconies…. We experienced staying behind just one of these.!! The Appartment was fitted to present day standards of living and roomy for 4 adults. The location for seeing and living the Lisbon life was amazing with the sound of the tram and hustle and bustle of close life. We walked everywhere with ease …train station, Ferry port city centre… eateries galore from intimate to fabulous. A real change from a hotel break. Strongly recommend

Sehr zentral, sehr gepflegt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Einzig das Bad riecht etwas streng (ist aber auch sehr schön gemacht). Die Lage ist super (Aufzug, Tram, Fluss, Restaurants etc. alles ganz nah) und trotzdem ruhig.

Idéalement situé pour découvrir Lisbonne à pieds

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation au cœur de la ville touristique et animée tout en étant dans un appartement spacieux pour 4, confortable, bien équipée et propre. Nous avons tout fait à pieds sauf pour visiter Belem. Nous n'avons pas vu Joana mais très bon accueil d'un de ses amis. Nous aurions juste apprécié avoir plus d'adresses (visites ou restos). Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Feedback

The flat was nice and quiet and the location was very good. We enjoyed the city view. Because of the weather the flat was cold, but we used the heaters. It was very well equipped. Only one negative remark: in the kitchen and bathroom the floors were clean, but elsewhere not quite tidy. The owner took good care to ensure that we found the place and there was someone who could speak English to show us the place. I would certainly recommend this flat to my friends. We went to see the most common tourist attractions but most of all we enjoyed the views and the atmosphere of the city.

They were a nice couple I recommend to other hosts It was pity that the guests didn't tell about the house cleaning because I would ask to the house maid to clean it again

Precioso y céntrico apartamento: como en casa

Hemos pasado tres días en el apartamento y ha sido una experiencia estupenda. Lisboa es precioso y hay muchas cosas que ver y que hacer. Joana y su marido nos dieron una cálida acogida. Nos perdimos un poco al llegar y nos ayudaron mucho por teléfono. Nos acompañaron a un parking cercano de precio razonable después de descargar el equipaje y no volvimos a tocar el coche salvo para ir de excursión a Sintra y Cascáis el tercer día. El resto de visitas las hicimos a pie o en tranvía ya que el apartamento es muy céntrico y todo es de fácil acceso desde él. Siendo muy céntrico, sorprende que es una calle muy tranquila, sin ruidos y muy bien iluminada por la noche. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y decorado con muy buen gusto. Las camas son muy cómodas, las sábanas y toallas son nuevas, y todo está muy limpio y cómodo de usar. En definitiva, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Una opción perfecta por el estado y la ubicación del apartamento para familias o grupos de 4-5 personas. Joana sin duda volveremos por aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Lisboa, y lo recomendaremos a amigos que os visiten próximamente.

Wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful stay in Joana's charming and stylish flat. The apartment was great, well decorated and with a fantastic location. Very central and close to metro and bus. The apartment is very well equipped. We find everything we need. Lisbon is an amazing city with lot of things to see and to do. We loved our stay and we will come back soon! Thank you Joana for your warm welcome! Highly recommend this place!

Acogedor, cómodo y bonito...¡como estar en casa!

Hemos estado de lujo! La casa es muy confortable, nueva y bien decorada. Hemos encontrado de todo lo que hemos necesitado. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa, cómodos y a gusto. La decoración de la casa es muy bonita y nueva, las camas super-cómodas, las almohadas muy buenas, la ropa de cama y toallas nuevas y perfectas. Mi mejor valoración para ese precioso apartamento! El barrio es muy tranquilo, silencioso y cercano a todo. Cerca hay un supermercado económico con gran variedad de artículos. Próximo al apartamento hay dos aparcamientos públicos (Joana te informará del más económico como hizo con nosotros ya que la diferencia de precio es muy grande). El metro está muy cerca, al igual que las líneas de tranvía por lo que resulta muy fácil regresar tras un largo paseo. Todo está muy cerca, como para ir a pié (incluso mi suegra con 80 años nos acompañó en el viaje y visitamos todo caminando). El elevador está cerquísima, la Plaza del Comercio... todo a un pequeño paseo. Joana nos informó muy amablemente antes del viaje, facilitándonos cualquier dato que pudimos necesitar. Paulo nos recibió con una sonrisa y con gran paciencia ya que al entrar en Lisboa sufrimos el tráfico y le hicimos esperar. Paulo es amabilísimo y nos acompañó al aparcamiento a depositar el coche. Nuestro mayor agradecimiento y nuestros saludos desde España a Paulo y Joana. Hemos venido enamorados de Lisboa y gran parte de ello es gracias a vosotros ya que la casa era un remanso de paz y descanso para un largo día de excursión. Han sido unos días inolvidables. Gracias por todo.
