The unit is 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, with check-in and out being on Saturdays. The property accommodates 6, with a marina-front master bedroom with King with private access to deck. 2nd Master and 3rd bedroom both have King beds with attached bathrooms. The unit comes with covered parking (not for trailer), 4 TVs with DVDs, stereo with CD player, high speed internet, ceiling fans, and covered deck with furniture. Come taken in the great view of marina and charter fishing fleet, or reach out to the marina and set-up a trip for yourself! Parking for 2 vehicles maximum, elevator access, community pool, tennis courts also included. No boat slip or dock space included with property.

Beautiful place.

It was so nicely located to everything…The place was beautifully decorated. I will say it isn’t decorated for small children. There was a lot of glass and pretty items. The king beds were so comfortable and each bedroom was spacious. The bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Overall I would rent it again. The pool was so nice and my grandchildren loved the play area.

Noisy maintenance work going on all week. Men on ladders and scaffolding all over the place right outside the windows. No privacy. Was not told this would be happening. Problems locking front door from outside. Could not get 2 of the TVs to come on. Multiple remotes in every room that were not labeled and no instructions on use. Also, kitchen drawer front fell off and landed on my foot. Still bruised a week later. And finally, ANTS!

We had a wonderful week and have requested to reserve this property next year. Great location and accessibility. Beautifully decorated. The property was not as clean as it should have been for the cost. The carpets were clean but other floors and bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Also we only had two towels and two wash clothes per bathroom so we had to do laundry almost every day since we did not bring any extras.
