The neighborhood is full of families both younger and older. I have lived here for a year, and like it very much. I consider many of my neighbors to be good friends. There is a diverse mix of updated properties, and some still in need of repair. All of the neighbors are friendly, and welcoming to all people, but if you are a person that does not feel comfortable in an area of mixed races or classes of people, then consider staying in a different house.

The kitchen area was not clean. Food in the stove burners & a layer of dust on top of fridge. There was construction so we had to park on the street. Just a heads up would have been nice.
This place was disgusting, things weren’t clean at all, every piece of silverware had food caked on it. One of the couches was being held up by a cooking pot, one of the beds was rickety and breaking, two windows (the kitchen and bathroom) were broken and could be opened from the outside. Our car was broken into and they would’ve stolen it if a neighbor hadn’t called the cops and them showing up as fast as they did. When we expressed these concerns their offer was one of their other rentals that had horrible reviews of the same complaints we were dealing with. These are just a couple of our issues with this place. I have 35 photos on INDIVIDUAL issues with this place wether it was something broken or dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE, This place should be shut down until all necessary repairs are done. If it got inspected it would fail just by how unsafe the front porch is.
