We invite you to Santorin, in the heart of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer! The light shining on the white staircases will transport you to a Greek dream in the heart of the most beautiful resort in Charente-Maritime.

The apartment is ideally located right in the centre of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, a premier tourist destination on the Atlantic coast, within walking distance of all the shops (bakery, supermarket, newsstand, bars, restaurants…), its park and lake, and its beautiful coastal promenade, perfect for exploring its charming little coves. The first beach is at the end of the street (200 m), the second is 600 m away, and the third is just a little further… so you can enjoy all the delights each one has to offer (the main family-friendly beach, the wild beach, the water sports beach…).

This spacious apartment, measuring nearly 100 m² and recently completed, was lovingly designed and furnished by us! Its unique feature is its layout, built around and directly above a central patio. Each room features large windows that open onto this light-filled space.
It features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area with a mezzanine, and a private courtyard under an olive tree—perfect for spending the whole day outdoors!

Fully equipped and furnished with luxury organic bedding, you’re sure to enjoy the utmost comfort.


The beach is just down the street (200 m), and the bakery next door offers warm croissants as soon as you get out of bed in the morning. ...located on the main thoroughfare of St. Palais so you can enjoy all its vibrancy, yet also experience moments of perfect tranquility since it’s situated at the end of a pedestrian cul-de-sac...

We’ll advise you on where to park easily, for free, and right next to the apartment.
Basic supplies (food, personal care items, cleaning supplies, and household appliances) are provided, with the exception of linens.
