VATICAN - SAN PIETRO area apartment
Delightful completely renovated apartment, adjacent to via Piccolomini at the height of the terrace which offers the most beautiful view of Rome over San Pietro, in a residential area a few bus stops from the basilica of San Pietro, without parking problems.
The owners Andrea and Michela who love Rome and find refuge as soon as they have the opportunity, want to share their home with guests who can therefore find all the comforts and atmosphere of a living and inhabited home.
On the ground floor, a large living area with sofa bed overlooks the property garden, with large windows and a play of lights that in the evening help to create continuity between the outdoor and indoor spaces.
A small dining area and a modern kitchenette complete with dishwasher.
The master bedroom, overlooks the back of the garden, which enjoys a few hours of sunshine in the morning and then is in the shade, helping to maintain a pleasant temperature. The selected linen is refined.
The outdoor area is very large and very pleasant for a breakfast in the garden, well protected and sheltered from glances and noise.
We only ask that guests enjoy our home and all that it offers, but with respect.

Great Location.

Our Family stayed 10 days at Andrea’s place. The location was amazing for access to all the major site seeing locations throughout Rome. The flats in great shape and sleeps 4 comfortably. Big back patio/yard area with washing machine was nice with the long stay. Great price for a treat place.

Andrea was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. My husband and teen daughter and I had a lovely stay! Bus 982 stops just up the street and gets you to just about anywhere. But was also fun to walk too! Would stay again someday!

Quiet flat in noisy Rom.

Modern, clean and quiet flat with everything you need. Vatican is in walking distance or you take the bus close to the flat. The bus also brings you to all the other important sights. After a noisy day in Rom you can relax in the garden. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING

We absolutely loved this place and it’s hosts! Andrea his wife were amazing, always worried and flexible about our needs. The apparent has everything you need, is renovated and everything works just fine! Quiet building and residential neighborhood. A bit off all the touristy hustle but very near the Vatican and all the must ser places in Rome. Perfect for a longer stay.

We really enjoyed our stay

The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing. The apartment is modern, has a great kitchen with lots of pots and pans, cutlery and a good sized frig. Good location in good neighbourhood - 20+ minutes to Vatican, an eazy walk (or bus) to San Pietro train station to Trastevere or to Termini if using Express Train to the Airport. The host always responded very fast and helpfull and was flexible when we checked in. If/when we return to Rome we would rent again.

Nice holidays

Very nice appartment and careful owners. The accommodation is provided with air conditionners in the living room and in the bedroom, the bathroom is large and clean, the kitchen is easy to use provided with all the materials for cooking with a direct access to the living room. The outside is very large and peaceful which is nice with kids. The bus stop is 2 minutes away only and the bus line leads to San Pietro as well as the metro station in less than 30min. The owners are easy to joint through WhatsApp which is very convenient. To summarize, it was a nice week ! This was a very nice week !

We had a 4 nights trip to Rome. Everything was according to the description. Frindly, good and prompt communication with the host. The area is very calm and there is a great view point on the Vatican city. Peters Dome can be reached by feet in 25-30 minutes. From there you can start all sightseeing activities. Only 4 stars for nearer area because there are larger shops, restaurants, etc. around the appartmart. This was known from the description and no issue for us. We can recommend the rooms for your trip to Rome! Thanks again to the hosts Michela∧rea

Arrivato il venerdì con la famiglia e ripartito il martedì. Pochi giorni ma intensi. L' appartamento è delizioso, completo di tutti i confort, sistemato con molto gusto e in una posizione eccezionale. C'è un gradevole e pratico giardino ad uso privato e a pochi metri una vista stupenda della cupola di S. Pietro. Pur essendo a pochi minuti dal Vaticano i rumori del traffico sono totalmente assenti. Wir waren im Juni für fünf Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in Rom untergebracht. Die gesamte Kommunikation vor der Reise als auch während des Aufenthalts mit Andrea war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, Andrea hat an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, mit einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Und auch die Lage der Wohnung ist top. 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle. Man ist aber auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am Petersdom und kann von hier aus auch viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Andrea für diese schöne Zeit die wir in Ihrer Wohnung verbringen durften.Mandy und Bernd

Schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage
