VATICAN - SAN PIETRO area apartment
Delightful completely renovated apartment, adjacent to via Piccolomini at the height of the terrace which offers the most beautiful view of Rome over San Pietro, in a residential area a few bus stops from the basilica of San Pietro, without parking problems.
The owners Andrea and Michela who love Rome and find refuge as soon as they have the opportunity, want to share their home with guests who can therefore find all the comforts and atmosphere of a living and inhabited home.
On the ground floor, a large living area with sofa bed overlooks the property garden, with large windows and a play of lights that in the evening help to create continuity between the outdoor and indoor spaces.
A small dining area and a modern kitchenette complete with dishwasher.
The master bedroom, overlooks the back of the garden, which enjoys a few hours of sunshine in the morning and then is in the shade, helping to maintain a pleasant temperature. The selected linen is refined.
The outdoor area is very large and very pleasant for a breakfast in the garden, well protected and sheltered from glances and noise.
We only ask that guests enjoy our home and all that it offers, but with respect.

Andrea is really the best host you can find! So very helpful, kind and service minded. Always responds immediately if you have any questions. Fantastic Rome Getaway

We had a great time in Rome .The apartment is lovely and has everything you could need .It was clean and very comfortable.Andrea was very responsive answering any questions very quickly.It was a 20 min walk to the Vatican , we stopped at a lovely little local coffee shop on the way for breakfast as an added treat , the view of St Peter’s basilica was amazing . Great Location.

Our Family stayed 10 days at Andrea’s place. The location was amazing for access to all the major site seeing locations throughout Rome. The flats in great shape and sleeps 4 comfortably. Big back patio/yard area with washing machine was nice with the long stay. Great price for a treat place.

Amazing Place for Rome

The apartment is fabulous, lots of space, very clean with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The host was very helpful and friendly, she gave lots of help and advice regarding transport links, shops etc. There is a fabulous view of St Peter's at the end of the road and the bus stop is very close by. The apartment is in a residential area, so very peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. It was very close to the bus station and the bus system was easy to use. Andrea was great to work with. I would definitely stay there again if we ever visit Rome again! Great place!

Our host Andrea was extremely communicative and hospitable. The apartment was clean and stocked with necessary items (i.e. paper towels, towels, toilet paper). Very close to Vatican and not too far of a walk to Trastevere! Overall wonderful experience.

Great Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. We were a 25 minute walk from Vatican City. We were very comfortable staying and was happy to have a washing machine on site. The back patio with the lovely plants was nice to have as well. Andrea was very helpful with all our questions. We recommend this apartment!
