This rental was so perfect for our family, reasonably priced and the perfect stop on our travels from New Brunswick to Florida. While some questions went unanswered, when an issue did arise the hosts were very quick to help out. The home was very clean, and in a great location! Parking was a bit tough, but that can't be helped in the city.

The location in downtown Lancaster is outstanding. The historic row house has not been made bland. It retains a lot of its’ character. It’s a mix of updates and odd old finishes and materials. The furnishings are a bit sparse. The upholstered furniture is spotted and not very clean. All in all, it was a good experience.

I was very disappointed with the property. It looked nothing like the photos. I love old homes, but this one needs a good cleaning, painting and maintenance. The floors were sticky as was the railing going up stairs. There were cigarette ashes on one of the bedrooms window sills. We had to wash the dishes before we used them and there was very little dish detergent for us to it. We went out and bought some. The fan over the stove was absolutely filthy. Parking was not fun, if we didn’t get back to the property before 4 pm, we would have had to park in a garage down the street. This should have been stressed when viewing the property. At the age of 75, having to walk a distance after a day of being out, can be an issue. Needless to say, we were not happy and will think twice before booking another stay with Vrbo.

The accommodations fit our need just fine and the price point was perfect. The home was spacious and location was nice. The home was clean but could use a deep clean in nooks and crannies, inside cabinets, baseboards. Check in and communication was great. Street parking was tricky on a busy Friday and Saturday night; even the parking garage was full; but we managed.

Not the cleanest place, seems like it hasn’t been fully cleaned in a long time—lots of loose dirt around the edges of each room. Odd smell, very hard to get used to. AC didn’t fully cool the upstairs. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Our host welcomed us, kindly gave us all of the information needed to enjoy our stay. The house was very neat and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The house is equipped with everything one would need. The location is great, close to many fun places to explore.
