Close to Richland Riverfront Trail & Columbia River, convenient access to dine, play, or work.

The Space
Surprisingly spacious & open with 4 different living spaces. Front room (sleeps 2 on futon couch) , dining room, vaulted great living room (sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa, and 1 on lounge couch), & game room (sleeps 2 on futon couch, 1 on lounge couch). 2 levels, 12 stairs to basement. Kitchen features a Vitamix. 2 parking spots in driveway, ample street parking as well. Easy access to your streaming services with 2 Roku TVs located in the Vaulted Great Room & Game Room.
No parking in garage.
Remote control candles provide relaxed ambient lighting for your evening unwinding.

Nice house

Our stay in Richland for work was great. The host was fast with response and the home was as described. We would definitely stay here for work again, when back in town.

Repeat Renters For A Reason

Our construction crew of four guys have stayed at this location several times. We find it to be clean, comfy, and a perfect home away from home. We really enjoy the comfortable beds and the nice backyard. The owner is pleasant, responsive, and very accommodating. We would recommend this rental to anyone who asked. Thanks again for providing us with a great experience!

Comfortable and clean house!

Stayed in the home for 4 nights with a buddy for the Tri Cities Ironman. Easy walk or run to the Columbia River and only a 4.5 mile ride to race start. Logistically the house worked out great! Well timed and friendly communication from the property manager. Beds are VERY comfortable and the home has a well stocked kitchen and a number of activities (ping pong, connect 4, comfortable patio, etc). The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a number of nearby stores and restaurants. Backyard is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, we enjoyed using the patio after long days. The home will be our first choice the next time we’re in Richland.

Our home is spacious, clean, well cared for, and loved. We spent many happy years here as a family, and deeply appreciate this home. It's well laid out with great spaces for corporate /executive, family, and extended stays. Here's what a previous guest had to say:
"This was a very comfortable and pleasant home for an extended stay. There is plenty of space and options for sleeping arrangements. There are spaces to place a laptop and work while others are watching television in another room. The A/C worked very well and the home felt secure. The next door neighbors were very nice to talk to, and the neighborhood was pleasant with interesting variation in homes and styles. All the appliances worked well. The home is well organized and stocked with towels and sheets. Lots of natural light. We would definitely choose this home again."-Neil.
