A set of 3 cottages housed in a 1900s mansion facing the sea, 8 km from Pornic. Independent entrance but no sea view.
Private 15 m² teak terrace and shared unfenced grounds of 600 m², including one parking space per unit.
On one level (a small step to access the bathroom and bedrooms): living room with open kitchen, 2 small bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190), 2: 2 single bunk beds (90x190), shower room, and separate toilet.
Washing machine and barbecue shared by all 3 cottages.
Amenities included: cot/high chair and baby bath upon request.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee (tourist customers €85).
Cleaning and linens are mandatory for business guests (€120/stay).
Pets: €100 deposit.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to arrival:
- Towels: €16.16 per person per stay
- Sheets: €26.94 per stay
- Sheets for small cot: €26.94 per stay
