La Bergerie, apartment in an old farmhouse!

## Space

An authentic Bergerie rebuilt in housing, with a sheltered parking spot and an independent entrance.

You will enjoy the ourdoors with a private stone terrace with tables and chairs, where you can have a meal or coffee, and comfortable chairs to enjoy the quiet garden.

Lobby with coat rack and benches directly overlooking a kitchen with a large family table (8pers), and fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooking, and all the necessary to cook).

For coffee lovers, you can enjoy the Nespresso machine, the bodum or the filter coffee maker. For cheese lovers, a raclette and fondue set are at your disposal.

The living room is open onto the garden, and is equipped with a comfortable convertible bed (140x200), a rocking chair, plaids, and many entertainment (television, dvd player, board games, toys, magazines ...) .

The room, with a view on the garden also, is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a meridian convertible in bed (80x200), and a big closet.

You can enjoy a bathtub in the bathroom, and a washer dryer is available in the laundry room.

Sheets, towels and bed linens are provided for a lighter suitcase!

You have access to the entire apartment.

La Conciergerie du Lac will welcome you warmly upon your arrival to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. They will be your contact during the whole stay in case of need!
Arrivals are possible at 4.00pm.

Warm cozy place!

We had a great experience at the Bergerie, check in/out was incredibly easy and straightforward, and the living space was just wonderful. It's a warm and cozy space, even on cold winter days! The only challenge we had was with the old oven in the kitchen (super old and a bit hard to figure out how to turn it on and what the different symbols are supposed to mean) but other than that it was a perfect place to stay for us.

L’appartement est très joli et est bien situé au calme, entre le vieux Annecy et les pistes comme Le grand Bornand. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et la literie et le canapé sont très confortables. Tout est équipé : le sèche linge est notamment appréciable. L’équipement pour bébé est également fourni. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (4 nuits).
