Terrazza del Cortile

Terrazza del Cortile is a very bright, cozy and spacious apartment. Being very close to the beach and to the most important points of interest is what makes this apartment perfect to spend a nice holiday.

Terrazza del Cortile is located on the third floor of a building into the heart of the historical Centre of Cefalù and it is divided into a large living room with a ceiling fan, kitchen, double bedroom with air conditioning, twin beds bedroom with air conditioning, another bedroom with a french bed (a little less wide than a regular double bed) and air conditioning, bathroom with shower and another bathroom with toilet. Through a few steps inside the apartment you will be able to access the terrace.

Please be aware that the Municipality of Cefalù requires a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euro/person per night, starting from 13 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights (in case of longer reservations the remaining nights will not be charged)

Wonderful

Very close to the beach in a quiet street compared to the highly frequented shopping streets. Spacious rooms except the bathroom. Small shower. The second one has a wc only. Third floor. Good working air conditioning in all bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location, beautiful terrace, very nice floorplan in the apartment. Sergio and team are very helpful. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are scarce (even if you rent the towels), so be prepared to go shopping when you arrive. The apartment is clearly just a rental -- the furniture, linoleum floors and kitchen equipment are bare-bones but adequate.
