séjour Ok, mais prélèvement de frais frauduleux à la sortie, sans état des lieux, ni justificatifs qui puissent prouver l'existence de dégâts à compenser! malgré l'opposition ferme du client. A se méfier donc sur ABRITEL

Première fois que je fais jouer la caution : matelas ruiné, lampe cassée, meuble cassé, linge de maison à jeter, une saleté laissée jamais vue, des détritus laissés partout dans l’appartement, etc. Alors effectivement la caution a permis de rembourser une partie

Easy and accommodating

Simple and clean apartment close to metro, busses and a road with cafés, restaurants and groceries. The tenant was very easy to get in contact with and was kind enough to supply an extra mattress for us. The key pickup and drop off was very convenient. Overall a good experience, only thing we were missing was toilet paper.
