Very Friendly communication before check-in and check-out. Easy to parking nearby by the highway exit, so a little noise while opening the window. The fireplace makes the place very cozy and warm. Fully loaded kitchen for making meals. Very nice place for family.

Terrible Experience with Unresponsive Host
My overall experience was extremely disappointing. I encountered some serious issues and hoped that the host would assist in resolving them. I reached out to the host by sending numerous emails, making phone calls, and even sending text messages. However, the host completely ignored my attempts to communicate. Initially, the host replied to my first email, but their response was dismissive and did not address the core problems. Despite my continued follow-ups, including subsequent emails, I received no further replies or callbacks. It was evident that the host had seen my emails and messages, yet they chose to completely disregard our concerns.
To my surprise, within a couple of days, the host sent me other emails requesting me to inform them about checking out. It was clear that the host was aware of my emails and messages. However, they showed a complete lack of interest in addressing our needs and chose to ignore us entirely. This level of service and attitude left me extremely frustrated. Not only was the overall accommodation experience poor, but the host's indifference and lack of responsiveness further aggravated the situation.
I strongly urge future tenants to exercise caution when considering renting this property. While you might get by if everything goes smoothly, in case you encounter any difficulties, it is highly likely that you will not receive any assistance. Th
Very cozy for 2 families with small children. Great location, amazing views. Park pass was a great plus!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
We very much enjoyed our stay here! I was travelling with my sister and six kids and there was lots of room for us to comfortably sleep. The place was nice and clean with everything we needed for a couple nights. Easy and quick access to Canmore and Banff Park. I would stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by Chris & Tanya
We are a Local Banff Family living, working, and playing here for over 20 years! We love getting out into the Mountains as often as we can for family adventures. We also LOVE the great dining scene we have here. It's truly some of the best around! Ask for our recommendations! Our favorite places to travel outside of the Bow Valley are Hawaii, France, and Vancouver. We think VRBO is the best way to travel because you really get that personal touch.
